I ordered my first box for $54 and my debit card was charged $184!! I emailed Causebox and wrote my intention. Hope they rectify it – soon! I would never agree to an annual subscription after what happened with Little Lace Box (they folded and kept my money), nor would I get a year’s worth before checking out my first box!

Same thing happened to me in spring. When you subscribe, they automatically choose “annual subscription”, and it’s tough to notice, especially if you’re subscribing from your phone.
I find their CS to be a real hassle (no phone number, no weekend emails, no chat), which is why I cancelled.

I had good luck with customer service. Lost an earring from a previous box and they sent me a new pair no charge.
