Getting Box 344 with **2** perfectors – why?? What a weird, weird combination – face powder (need), a seawood mask that will probably break my face out, add in the *2* freaking perfectors, lipstick (praying the color is something decent and not freaking matte red or Barney purple), and some kind of cheap perfume … started out OK last fall, everything has been downhill since lol, think they’re trying to send me a message, quit now while slightly ahead of the curve?

OMG, I was disappointed with the Urban Decay at first, cause I was hoping for the shade they used for the spoiler, but I am SOOO happy it’s SPL. Honestly, the spoiler color would have been a disappointment, as I didn’t realize how glossy they were – I like my color to come from my lipstick , not my gloss. I’m big on holographic and glitter glosses, so boy, am I happy! I get that most people are going to be less than pleased with this, and I feel for you, I do. But I have to say, I am stoked to see a holographic gloss. I can’t get enough of them, am thrilled to get to try an urban decay one.

This box was a home run for me. I got box 690 (cause I’m paaaaale af) and I am so happy with it. I love everything except the shampoo and conditioner. Glitter gloss, red lipstick, Purity pore mask, primer, and a Drunk Elephant facial product? Yes, please! Pretty fantastic, really. 😀

My box is none of these-had a mix of good products and a couple I just didn’t care about. So tired of getting Philosophy Purity stuff!

Says my box is #836. Does anybody else have this?!

I’m getting the 690 box! That’s the one I wanted! Must be because it’s my first box, they are probably sucking up by giving a good first one lol

Just an FYI , anyone wanting the drunk elephant TLC baby facial, and it’s not in your box, the new Sephora Favorites kit called Power of the Petal has the same sample in it. I was bummed my play box didn’t have it, so I bought the kit.

Getting box G. Different

Now that I have cancelled, the boxes look like they are getting better but I usually cancel right before summertime when the hot weather comes in. I live in New Orleans and the hot humid weather melts my makeup while it’s basking in the sun in my mailbox while I am at work so resub in the fall

Cancelled after last months box and looking at these spoilers I don’t regret it. Glad because I was suffering from some serious FOMO.

The Play box order details page finally became available to me, after days of it saying the site was being worked on, but it still doesn’t give an item number!

I’m so frustrated not knowing which box I’m getting!

Between so many of us having a missing item number and several of the customer service reps refusing to give out that information, I’m starting to get the impression that Sephora is actively trying to keep us from knowing which box we’re getting until we receive it. I don’t know how this benefits them, though. Except maybe wanting people to try the products before pre-judging them based on spoilers?? But what’s the difference between being disappointed by seeing a product in a spoiler versus seeing a product in your box? O.o

Mine still said processing yesterday and I chatted with a customer service person. SHe told me my box number and exactly what I was getting. I’m MEH on all of it, #351.

Jenn, mine says that too but it’s not a box number. You still have to click on the order details. Like some of you above have mentioned, I can’t my details either. Just some message that the site is being worked on.

I’m getting box #690 which I kinda figured even before I looked at my orders bc it is the only box without the foundation and I’m super fair so I know they would not send me those super dark shades….it seems like one of the better boxes so as long as the lip colors are pretty pinks or bright bold colors, I will be super happy with this bag!

I wish I knew what #103 is! I emailed their customer service and they said until it ships they can’t tell me anything.

What the heck do u put in ur profile to get the good stuff u know everybody wants???? Bc I’ve only gotten the lower end boxes like not as popular stuff!
