Mommy Mailbox Grab Box March 2018 Review

Mommy Mailbox Grab Box inside

Everything came in a regular sized Mommy Mailbox box, but this box was so heavy! I really can’t believe how much they were able to pack into this tiny box. It was so much fun to open and see what was inside. I received a total of 20 items, 14 of which were from previous boxes, but the rest I’m not sure about, so if you are a regular subscriber, you might get repeat items, just FYI!

Canvas Navy Tassel Hoop Earrings – Retail Value $14.00 (From the December 2017 Mommy Mailbox).

There were a total of three jewelry items in this box, which I think is the perfect amount. These little tassel earrings are just enough of a statement for me as I tend to keep my earrings on the smaller side. They are fun and casual and perfect for dressing up my everyday look.

Olive + Piper Leah Studs in Champagne – Retail Value $32.00 (from the October 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

These feel a little more costume-like to me with the big jewels, but you can see from the detailed back that they are a nice quality. They are a mix of glass crystals with a 14k gold plating and titanium posts. They are just sparkly enough for me to feel feminine without feeling gaudy and the pale colors make them fairly versatile.

Lucky Feather Shine Bright Bar Necklace

Lucky Feather Shine Bright Bar Necklace – Retail Value $18.00 (From the November 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

This necklace is 14k gold plated zinc and as you can see it can be worn at either 16” (too tight for me!) or 18” long. While it is not the highest quality, so far it has held up to everyday wear and even my toddler son pulling on it.

I love the simplicity of this necklace and that it can be worn every day and go with just about anything. The length is just long enough that the neckline of your top shouldn’t matter and the gold adds a hint of flare.

Cashmere Scarf

Cashmere Scarf – Estimated Value $75.00 (from the October 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

This scarf was a Mommy Mailbox exclusive in the October box and the pink color was for Breast Cancer Awareness Month theme. This is 100% cashmere and I kept the estimated price from October's review even though that actually seems on the lower end for cashmere that is not a blend.

This scarf is so soft and luxurious. It is also quite large and can easily be worn as a shawl as well.

Bryt Socks – Value $12.59 USD (£8.95. From the August 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

Bryt socks began as a Kickstarter campaign with the goal of boosting confidence through fun and colorful socks. These have no-slip cuffs and reinforced heels for comfort and they certainly are the quirkiest socks in my drawer!

Stonework Studio Yoga Mat Cleanser (6.67 oz bottle)

Stonework Studio Yoga Mat Cleanser (6.67 oz bottle) – Retail Value $14.95 (from the September 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

This yoga mat cleanser is made from a mix of witch hazel, distilled vinegar, and essential oils. The smell alone makes your mat feel fresher and doesn’t leave you smelling chemicals during your next downward facing dog. Plus the handle is designed to not break in your gym bag!

Rifle Paper Co. Bon Voyage Travel Memoir - Retail Value $15.00

Rifle Paper Co. has such detailed and beautiful designs and this Travel Memoir was no exception. I love the colors they used and that the actual pages are cream with gold lines. The cover is made of linen which feels very durable. Overall it is such a nice quality that it will make the perfect gift for anyone taking a trip.

I Sleigh Mug – Estimated Value $6.00 (From the December 2017 Mommy Mailbox. I updated this to reflect a lower value after reading some of the comments from December’s review!)

This mug was a Mommy Mailbox exclusive in the December box and came with the hot cocoa and spoon detailed below. The mug itself is very simple and has just a bit of iridescent shimmer. It’s a cute play on words for the holidays and will make a great gift come Christmas!

Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa Mix Packet

Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa Mix Packet- Retail Value $1.00 (From the December 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

Who doesn’t love hot cocoa? Especially when it’s from Ghirardelli! This was a nice little treat to receive along with the Peppermint spoon below. Even though it’s April, we are still expected to get more snow or at least some colder weather so I’m looking forward to enjoying this on a chilly day to warm me up!

Melville Candy Chocolate Peppermint Spoon (0.5oz) – Estimated Value $2.00 (Buy 24 for $49.99. From the December 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

Melville Candy has such fun treats! They seem to be pretty creative and offer nice seasonal options! I’m sure this was a perfect treat to receive in the December box with chocolate, peppermint, and marshmallows. I am certainly looking forward to enjoying it with my hot cocoa soon!

Sailor Paper Company Gift Tags

Sailor Paper Company Gift Tags – Retail Value $5.00 (from the November 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

These little handmade chalkboard gift tags are a handmade item from an Etsy shop. There are 8 tags with 4 different designs and I am sure they will come in handy for the holidays. They are really cute, gender neutral and I love that they come from such a small shop on Etsy!

Ocean Elemental Grateful Heart Bath Bomb (5 oz.)

Ocean Elemental Grateful Heart Bath Bomb (5 oz.) – Retail Value $7.95 (from the November 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

This bath bomb is a decent size and it’s packaged so nicely with the orange sparkly ribbon that matches the bath bomb inside. I can see why they included it in the November box with these pretty fall colors! This has notes of citrus and berry and will make a nice, relaxing bath for a tired mama.

Illume Go Be Lovely Bar Soap in Sugared Blossom (6.4oz)

Illume Go Be Lovely Bar Soap in Sugared Blossom (6.4oz) – Retail Value $8.00 (from the October 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

How pretty is this soap? Just from the packaging, you can tell it is luxurious, especially for a bar soap. This has notes of jasmine, Italian citron, and Tahitian vanilla bean. I really don’t ever use bar soaps, but this is so pretty that I might just have to display it in my bathroom somewhere!

Jersey Shore Cosmetics My Lash Secret Eyelash Curler

Jersey Shore Cosmetics My Lash Secret Eyelash Curler - Retail Value $30.00

I was happy to receive this beauty tool - eyelash curlers are one of those things that I use so rarely that I never invest in a decent one. The silicone cushion on this one seems a little firmer than most and it even came with an extra cushion once that one wears down!

Lauren Brooke Cosmetics Eco-Friendly Cheek Brush - Retail Value $17.00

This brush is incredibly soft and has the perfect angle on it for building color on your cheeks. This eco-friendly brush is natural, vegan-friendly and has a bamboo handle. While I have a brush set that I am happy with, this will be a nice one to throw into my bag when traveling!

Jersey Shore Cosmetics Natural Radiant Gold Leaf Highlighter (0.15oz)

Jersey Shore Cosmetics Natural Radiant Gold Leaf Highlighter (0.15oz) - Retail Value $22.00

This highlighter (swatched below) looked so crazy gold to me when I first opened it that I was a little afraid to try it, but it goes on so light that it’s hard to overdo it. It was very buildable and I felt like it gave me the most natural, shimmery glow. Even though yellow tones are not usually good for my skin, I felt very pretty and glowy in this. Plus it’s 100% natural & vegan, and paraben-free.

Lip Primer by Cargo Cosmetics (0.15oz)

Lip Primer by Cargo Cosmetics (0.15oz) – Retail Value $19.00 (from the November 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

I used this lip primer before putting on the Lord & Berry gloss (both of which are swatched below) and I really felt like it made a difference in how the gloss went on. This is a pretty lightweight primer. It was smooth and helped to create a matte texture on my lips that seemed to even them out before applying a top coat of gloss.

Lord & Berry Skin Lip Gloss in Touch Up (0.203 oz) – Retail Value $16.00 (from the July 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

I was afraid that this gloss was going to be way too dark and possibly even goopy on my lips when I first saw it, but I’m happy to report that I was completely wrong! It went on so smoothly, was very lightweight and I really felt the color was so flattering. This is probably my new favorite makeup find!

Ofra Universal Eyebrow Pencil (0.04 oz)

Ofra Universal Eyebrow Pencil (0.04 oz) – Retail Value $13.00 (from the December 2017 Mommy Mailbox)

I have received this sample several times now in other beauty boxes and the problem is that I don’t use anything on my brows, but it says you can also use it on your lips and eyes as well. It is water resistant and made from beeswax which is why I think it glides on so smoothly (swatched below). As for the color, it is supposed to be universal and work with many different hair colors, but since I’m brunette and this is brown, I can’t really attest to that!

Orglamix Cream Eyeshadow in Goji (0.12oz) - Retail Value $19.00

This was a pretty unique product for me as it is 100% natural and made from coconut oil, which I think is awesome, but also makes for difficult application! The coconut oil hardens up so I had to really work at it to get the product out. I did love how smooth and moisturizing it felt though and while the color didn’t seem like it would be flattering, it was pretty sheer so I think it works (swatched below)! It also seemed to stay on pretty well for a cream shadow!

These are the swatches of all the makeup from top to bottom: highlighter, lip primer, lip gloss, eyebrow pencil and eyeshadow.

In this photo, I have on the highlighter, primer, gloss, and eyeshadow.

Verdict: I was amazed at how much they were able to fit into this Grab Box! There was such a great variety of items inside and I really think I will use almost everything! Since I am a pretty new subscriber to Mommy Mailbox I didn’t receive any repeat items, but even the items that were from previous boxes are items I don’t think I would mind having doubles of for myself or for gifting! The promised value of the box was over $150 and the value I received was $347.49. This is an incredible value for a $42.95 box!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! As of publication, boxes are still available!

Value Breakdown: This box cost me $42.95, including free shipping, so here is what you are paying approximately per item:

Hi everyone,

I wanted to address all of the concerns about the Grab Box, and issue a formal apology. I take 100% of the responsibility for many of you receiving boxes that did not look like the box that MSA reviewed. It is completely my fault, but it was unintentional and really just a horrible mistake.

Our monthly boxes are packed in a facility apart from our office, so we were waiting for the April boxes to be packed before packing the grab boxes, as we knew we had quite a bit of overstock in April and wanted to include those products in the boxes (but had to wait until the overstock was returned to us first). This resulted in us waiting until the last minute to pack and ship. I had personally packed up a box of items that did not include the April products weeks earlier to send to MSA. We have never had a review site do a Grab Box review before and I thought it would be fun for the MSA viewers to see. We have always crammed as much in our grab boxes as we can, since our boxes are on the smaller side and to get rid of all of our stock. That is how I packed the MSA box. I would also like to note that it was just a random occurrence that the items I ended up throwing in that box were small but some of our higher retail value items, which made the retail value of the reviewed box go off the charts. I just didn’t put a lot of thought into it, to be honest. I didn’t even check the retail value–I just quickly packed it and sent it off. It’s been a busy month and we are short staffed at the moment, so we’ve all been run a bit ragged. Not an excuse, but the truth.

The fact that we are short staffed is really what ended up causing our problem. We had some family members of our team come in to help pack these boxes, and they had never done it before, and because of the way our office is set up, they were all tucked into corners and not in an assembly line type of situation. I gave instructions to everyone packing that the boxes were to contain at least $150 retail value worth of products. All the products were in boxes that were labeled with the retail value, so each packer was to keep track as they were packing to make sure they met the value. What I did not say, but should have said, was “pack the boxes completely full.” In my mind, that went without saying. Obviously that was a terrible assumption to make. So what we discovered is that a couple of the packers just stopped when they met the retail value. I was one of the packers as well, so I know for a fact that at least a portion of boxes went out very full… but unfortunately, a great many didn’t. This was just a stupid oversight on my part to not keep tabs on how the team was packing and make sure they were doing it the same way I was.

I want to say I’m sorry to all the MSA readers and our subscribers. I truly never intended to mislead anyone and I feel absolutely sick about it. Our goal as a company is to make women happy–and what we did was cause women disappointment and frustration.

To compound the problem, we are short staffed and haven’t been able to keep up with our customer service response to the problem. We originally were offering to send supplemental boxes, but we quickly ran out of products. At that point, we started offering full refunds to anyone who returned the box, or a coupon towards a future purchase. There are some people who are still waiting for replacement boxes, and please know that they are coming–we are waiting for some returns in order to fulfill those.

If we haven’t responded to your email yet, we are not ignoring you. We absolutely, 100% want to fix this with every person who has contacted us. We pride ourselves on great customer service and we know we have failed on multiple fronts, but we are taking steps to bring in more help and to make sure nothing like this ever happens again.

If we ever decide to do another grab box, we will not be doing it the same way. I think future grab boxes will not have any “mystery” to them–everything inside will be listed and they will be sold at a discount. I can’t stress enough how much it hurts my heart to think that our subscribers thought we were trying to defraud them or intentionally mislead them. We have always prided ourselves in being real and honest and transparent, and we truly love our subscribers. Some of you have been with us for years and we think of you as our family. To anyone who was trying us out for the first time–I am so, so sorry that this was your first experience with us. If I could go back in time, trust me, I would.

Please know that we will make things right with anyone who has contacted us. We are getting through the emails as fast as we can. With Mother’s Day coming and the May box getting prepared, we are multi-tasking–just know we haven’t forgotten. We understand your anger and frustration and we get it if you won’t trust us again–but I promise we have learned from this mistake. Mommy Mailbox is a family run company, not a corporation. We absolutely care about treating our subscribers the way we want to be treated. We thank you for you patience, and again, I apologize from the bottom of my heart for this mistake.

My return was accepted back to them on May 7th and I have yet to get a refund. I guess I’ll have to dispute this with my bank 🙁

Judy

I will be brutally honest, my items were trash. Some of which seemed to have been made in their backyard or something. Super disappointed and as someone who works in advertising and with a legal team for our ads, I’m UBER pissed and disappointed. They offered a refund and to ship their box of a book, small randomness and 75% sizzle paper I’m paying $15. My box was def not worth $125. Whatever. At this point I can’t even post what I got on a swap because I know no one would want to swap for this. Shame on them. So I’ll take this as a lesson learned and a subscription I will never again sign up for and will warn my friends and family about. #3rdWorldSubAddictProblems

I received a $20 refund as I only received 8 items so less than half of what was promised in the full box. For me shipping back for a full refund was not worth my time. I was satisfied with the end resolution and give them credit for quick courteous responses. I think that the issue was related to 1st time and lack of communication internally. I was told that we will not see this again and that mystery boxes if ever done again will be handled differently. I think rather than slam the company find a resolution that works for you. Their CS is very responsive.

Jennifer

I ordered this box based on the MSA review and what I received was a joke. 8 items total. Half of them could have bath products that looked like they’ve already expired. A motherhood book with the writing on the cover already rubbed off. Huge disappointment. I won’t be signing up for any more sub boxes from them!

Lori

Just read the comments. I got my box last week and was very disappointed. Nothing like what was reviewed on msa. Is it worth it to reach out to this box? I’ve used a few of the products already… I just kept thinking that this wasn’t a very good box for the price. Was so looking forward to this box. 😢😥

Reply ButtonReply

Christy

I was very unhappy with this box but have to give their customer service credit for taking responsibility and coming up with an acceptable resolution to the problem.

Reply ButtonReply

Ashley

What was the resolution if you don’t mind me asking?

Reply ButtonReply

Christy

I have tried responding but it has not posted so I apologize if it eventually does multiple times!! I was initially offered a full refund or a $10 coupon. Shipping at my expense and inconvenience was not worthwhile. We settled on a $20 refund as I received only 8 items at barely the $150 value and that was being generous. I am satisfied and they were quick to reply and very courteous. I think that the whole fiasco was truly a mistake and that we will not see more mystery boxes at least not with this issue.

Chris

Will try this again as it is not posting.. I was initially offered a full refund or a $10 coupon. The cost of shipping plus the inconvenience caused me to opt out of the refund. We agreed on a $20 refund as I received 8 items and barely $150 value. I am satisfied with the resolution and the quick courteous response.

Chris

They offered either a full refund if I shipped back or a $10 coupon. Settled on a $20 refund as I only received 8 items so less than the full box expected. The items were barely worth $150 and thats generous. At half the cost I am satisfied

Chris

Agreed to settle on a $20 refund vs sending the box back at my cost. I received 8 items so less than the “full” box expected. Could have received a full refund but I had no desire to ship back.. not worth my time and hassle!! I was satisfied and they were quick to respond and were courteous

Tasha

I don’t know if any of you have emailed the company but they were really great about offering to make up for it or refund the box. She said the problem was the packers were given instructions to pack at least $150 in each box and some stopped when they got there and others kept going until the box was full. I sent mine back for a refund just because I got earrings and the Mom book but I don’t have pierced ears and I’m not a Mom.

Reply ButtonReply

Ree

Did you have to pay for shipping back to them?

Reply ButtonReply

LizC

I was offered a refund if I returned the box but I realized it would cost at least $10 to return the box. Did they offer any other solutions?

Reply ButtonReply

Holly

I received nothing worth the almost 50 dollar price. 9 items – Makeup, book and body care….no jewelry, nothing “fun.” Was like a ipsy bag plus a book. Never again Mommy Mailbox. (Box was full only because book took up 3/4 of box.)

Reply ButtonReply

mkassens

EXACTLY what I got…a book (that looks Christian based but would not be a good fit for my daughter-in-law and TONS of makeup, no variety at all.) I *think* from reading their reviews the regular sub boxes may be fun, but this was a huge disappointment made doubly disappointing as it was to be my “high point” in a long and frustrating day. I guess I’ll reach out. Not exactly sure yet how I want to handle it.

Missy

Sounds like I got what u got and I was SOoooo disappointed as well! It was nothing and I really mean nothing like this review! I feel extremely mislead!

Reply ButtonReply

ShannonS

Totally agree mine just came today and was absolutely nothing like the one reviewed. My first time trying mommy mailbox was super disappointing. Got the watermelon lunchbox that was in popsugar ages ago, which took up half the box,as well as 3 other items I’ve already gotten in other boxes, and the non repeat itemsare not exciting at all- e.g. an exfoliating glove that looks like it came from the dollar store. Bummer because I was really looking forward to it after seeing this review. 😕

R

What a letdown! I wish they had sent MSA a real representation of the box. I wouldn’t have ordered and been so disappointed. I got 9 items: soothing facial steam, bath salts, body butter, sample cargo lip primer, ofra eyebrow, the magic of motherhood book, and the tassel earrings (arrived broken). Well, that’s my last box I guess.

Reply ButtonReply

Missy

Yup yours is almost like mine except I only got 8 items! And the ONLY reason I even ordered this was because of this review! The reviewer was certainly spoiled!! Boooo on the whole thing!

12 items half of them getting donated to the thrift shop. Box was worth about $20

Reply ButtonReply

LizC

I received my box yesterday – 12 items, half junk that I’ve already put in the bag for the thrift shop. Once again a bait and switch. Mommy Mailbox has taken advantage of Subscription Addiction’s good reputation to take advantage of people. Shame on me for not reading the reviews from last year – it looks like they did the same thing. Obviously this is not a reputable company. I know there are many companies that are honest and send the same items to customers that they send to SA, but this is not one of them – and they even posted a note saying that all boxes would be amazing! Shame on them! SA I’m wondering if you can reach out to them and see how they are going to fix this? Or moving forward post on the site a warning about places that do this?

I received 12 items – 3 are already in the bag to go to the thrift shop. Once again a company has taken advantage of Subscription Addiction’s excellent reputation to pull the bait and switch. Shame on me for not checking previous reviews for past Mystery boxes from Mommy Mailbox where they pulled the same thing last year. I certainly do not consider them a reputable company after this. There are many companies that are reputable and send equivalent boxes to SA and customers, but the ones that are using SA for false advertising are a problem. I wonder if SA should reach out to the companies that do this? or post a warning that some companies are doing this and buyers should be careful to read previous comments?

I am utterly disappointed in the box I received and I will never purchase from this company again! I received 9 items one of which is a book, what a waste.

Got mine today. Nothing like the one reviewed. No where near the $150 value and nothing I’m excited about. What a letdown. I seven got a freaking book on motherhood. 😕. Nothing. Ugh. And I only got 11 items.

I only got 8!

Received my box yesterday. Not much I could actually use but 10 items seemed fair for $43. Many items not on the lists above will go on swap site.

Reply ButtonReply

Rachelle

As I list items from this box on swap I notice many of them are already up but from different boxes including buddhi box, birchbox, vegan cuts. Just find that interesting.

I ordered 2 boxes and they we’re pretty much identical. I did contact them because they only charged me for one box. When they got back with me, they told me it was okay to go ahead and keep the second or give it away. I thought that was pretty generous.

I received a book about motherhood, 2.7 Oz container of the current body butter in the April box, a container of facial steam… Very potpourri looking, a container of Hawaiian bath salts, again very potpourri looking. Cargo lip primer, and eyebrow pencil and the tassel earrings in turquoise.

Seven items pure box.

Reply ButtonReply

Julia

The advertising on this box was misleading and I will not be buying from them again. While I was pleased they honored my request to not receive food or make up items, the box was underwhelming at most. Received 9 items in total, one of which was an expired coupon and the other a 2018 calendar (we’re in the middle of April so a little late for this type of item). Most definitely not the kind of box (packed full!) that was shown here at MSA. Bad business move in my opinion. They may have sold a few more boxes this time around, but have lost repeat customers in the future.

Reply ButtonReply

BeccaA

My box was 2 lbs., arrived today, and contained:

Cashmere scarf (yay!)
Sleigh mug
Chocolate spoon
Cargo lip primer 0.12 oz (no packaging)
Manna Kadar GLO illuminator 0.67 oz
derma e glycolic scrub 1 oz (marked sample)
Zum soap 1.5 oz (smells amazing!)
Holiday Cheer body scrub 11.2 oz
Gardenia Blossoms sparkling bath tablet 4 oz
Stash Rose Gold bobby pins (2 pack)
Canvas tassel earrings (yay!)
Free prints coupon (expired, so I’m not counting it)

So a total of 11 items. I did receive what I really wanted (the tassel earrings & scarf), but it certainly wasn’t as full as the MSA box. Overall, I’m fine with it, just wish it had been as truly mindblowingly awesome as the variation MSA received!

Reply ButtonReply

knr73

I ended up with most of the same things you got. I didn’t get prints and received lip gloss and an eye brow pencil. It was an okay box. I like the scarf and the lip gloss color was nice. The tassel earrings are nice also. So it’s not a total waste. I feel like in comparison to what others received, it wasn’t a bad box. However, I am not sure it’s worth the price either.

Reply ButtonReply

Missy

Well I got extremely lucky! I only received 8 items and they sucked

Reply ButtonReply

Kristin

I got 11 items including a 2018 calendar and they would have had to use a box at least 1/2 the size to say ‘it will be packed full’. This review certainly hurt their customers as it makes the other boxes look really bad. I don’t think it was worth the $50 spent either, maybe $30ish.

Reply ButtonReply

ssk7783

I feel like the box MSA went sent is a vast misrepresentation of what could be expected. People are posting pics if what they received on the forum and it’s nowhere near this. I only bought a box after seeing this post and Mommy Mailbox’s comment on this page that every box would be “just as packed full”. If my box arrives like everyone else’s has been, I’m going to be extremely disappointed and will likely never buy any boxes or products from this company again.

I know they just started the Zodiac Box, which I was excited about, but now… Not so much.

I really hate to be a complainer here on the blog and typically avoid doing so, but I am so sick of companies and their deceptive practices with mystery boxes.

Ouch! I ordered two grab boxes. Each had nine items . Not even close to $150 value that’s for certain. Why can they be allowed to send a box with 20 items to be reviewed in MSA , and then send out a Box with nine to subscribers? This sub is not for me . I feel duped. Wonder if they ran out of items and started sending lighter boxes?

Have you reached out to them? Have them send you other 10 items! That’s not right… I signed up after seeing this review! Looks like I will not be a monthly member after all.

About the same for me. Mine included 10 items, only one jewelry item and really nothing I was excited about. It was a complete waste of money for me.

Well now I am scared. If yours weighed 3lbs and only had 9 items, I can’t imagine what my box with have inside since it is 2lbs. I am not optimistic. It’s too bad though. I usually use the limited boxes to help me determine if I would want to sub with them on a monthly basis. As of now, I am not feeling like it’s worth it. Hopefully I will be wrong. Maybe I have a lot of make up and light jewelry. One can hope.

The box I received was garbage. I ordered this box based on the review above and my box was nothing like the one pictured and reviewed above. I received about eight items of which three where sample sized products. The coupon included had already expired. I received paper calendar cards. This box was a joke. Nothing good to say.

Can you tell us what you got?

Oh no! Do you know how much each weighed when they shipped them? Mine are shipping out at 3 pounds, but that also includes the box weight… hm…

Most have been saying 2 pounds. Mine says 3 as well.

Lynlyn

3 pounds each. Good luck ! Sounds like some people are receiving boxes that have a lot more items. Hope you’re one of them!

My box is finally in transit and is supposed to arrive on Monday. Here’s hoping that it turns out to be a nice box.

I’m with u! I’m holding hope on the 3lb theory.

Dang! I got hopeful when I saw your comment. So I checked my tracking but it still says, order processed:ready for ups. It hasn’t changed since the 11th, a week ago.

That is very strange, I got my shipping info yesterday and it is already in another state today. Did you try contacting them yet?

Caren

Mine too :-/

I finally received a shipping update – it has truly shipped – it took almost a week from the first notice. They are not responding to emails, but I am wondering if it may be wise to email them anyway, since it seems like the timing of first my label and then my actual shipping coincided with my emails. Did anyone else receive their boxes – were they great or disappointing?

Is anyone else having problems with logging into their account or getting a response from customer service. I received a shipping notice last week – but it was actually just a shipping label, no movement. I’ve tried changing my password and emailing them, nothing.

Me too and no response to my email. I fear another Happy Rebel disaster grab bag.

I didn’t get a shipping notice from them yet and I can’t get into the account too. Should I be contacting them about this?

I am in the same boat. I received the email stating that they shipped my box last week. However, whenever I try to track the package it states only a shipping label was created. I keep checking and I don’t see that it left or anything. I am glad to see that I am not the only one. Please keep us posted if someone hears from them. This is most definitely frustrating.

Same here, although I haven’t tried logging in to my account, just check the tracking every day and no movement. Wish they wouldn’t create the labels if they’re not going to ship for a long time.

I’m having problems getting hold of them – sent them a couple messages, can’t log into my account. Tried changing the password multiple times – still can’t get in. They sent me a shipping message, but that was several days ago and it doesn’t look as if it has actually shipped, just a label created. Hope it is worth the wait and the no contact from them. Anyone else having problems?
On a happy note – I went a whole week without buying any new boxes!!!
