Hello Kitty Pencil Case

Hello Kitty Pencil Case

This metal tin has a handy drawer in the middle to keep pencils and sharpies from fighting one another when the lid is closed. The colors are on the muted side, but they really complement the gingham pattern. This is one pensive-looking kitty, sure to spread some writing inspiration wherever she goes!

Cold Drinks Change Purse

Cold Drinks Change Purse

I’m a HUGE fan of iced drinks (you know, when/if the weather ever decides to get warm in PA), and this squee-worthy accessory made me super-happy. It’s thoughtfully designed from the little star attached to the keychain mechanism, and the matching green inner lining and trim around the edges. I am always finding myself short of parking change when I go out, so I’m going to load this up with quarters and put it in my glove box!

Sumikko Gurashi Tokage Keychain

Just look at this li’l guy! I love these stuffed-animal little keychains – I have lots of kiddos in my life that love these types of toys, and spreading the love is the best! The fur on this dapper dino is so soft, and his back plates are a vibrant blue-green, which stands out so nicely. This character is apparently the son of the Loch Ness monster – though he often just appears as a lizard so he can stay incognito. The cute!

Panda Stickers

Panda Stickers

There is so much to love here on these stickers, I don’t know where to start. Okay, I’ll start with the fact that they’re pandas, my favorite animal. The drawing style is soooo cute, with their big heads and small little faces. The colors are a nice palette of almost-pastels, smartened up just a bit with a holographic shimmer finish. Then they’re all embellished with the most adorable little bits and bobs, tiny beads and faceted rhinestones. I’m always a fan of puffy stickers, but these are next-next level for sure!

My Melody Socks

My Melody is looking so cute with her purple hair bows, but the main takeaway from these socks is their insane softness. Like, flowing-angel-hair, cotton-candy-rolled-in-fleece, six-week-old-kitten soft. They actually fit really well; I’m a size 8 and these were totally comfy. The way that they stretch, I imagine they’d also fit my smaller and bigger-footed sisters, no problem! They were a lot like slipper socks and now have a permanent place in my closet – and my heart.

Sumikko Gurashi Sticky Bookmarks

Sumikko Gurashi Sticky Bookmarks

Yes – more bookmarks! I receive a lot of things that can mark a page throughout the month, and these are some of my faves, number one, for cuteness reasons, and number two, because they’re disposable. I go through a lot of library books in a month, and I’m kind of absent-minded, so it’s great to use these to mark my place and not have to worry about losing them!

Rainbow Gel Pen

Remember when Gelly Roll pens were a huge trend? They were one of the best parts of junior high! I particularly enjoyed the multi-color ones, like this gel pen. The ink has a nice viscosity to it, and the first color, neon orange, is nice and vibrant. This will be great for writing little cards to my friends and my mom.

Verdict: This Kawaii Star box was so much fun! It had such a great variety of items in it, and some of them were so unique! I’ve never seen anything like that adorable change purse, the stickers made me feel faint with happiness, and the fuzzy socks and the gel pen immediately brought me happiness. Everything was really high-quality, and all of the branded items look to be fully licensed, which really added to the value.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Nope, you’ll receive the May box! Boxes ship on the 4th of every month.
