Gwynnie Bee March 2018 Review
This review is of the 3 items at a time subscription from 2/21 to 3/20.
This dress is the first piece I have tried from Misia, and I really liked it! I was surprised that the broad horizontal stripes were not unflattering! It is a super comfortable cotton knit also, which makes it a little less fitted than most dresses, but really easy to wear. I love natural fibers!
I love almost everything I try from Flying Tomato, and this top was no exception. I love the colors! I am not usually too fond of chiffon, but I think the tiering on this blouse made it really comfortable and easy to wear. I also love the tie detail at the neck. Very cute!
This cotton kimono looks so decadent! It has so much embroidery and detailing everywhere! I really love the fine craftsmanship that goes into Johnny Was pieces. I enjoyed wearing this a lot, although I felt it was just a little long for me.
What a fun dress, so pretty! I absolutely love the colors and print. It has a polyester lining with a chiffon polyester sheer outer layer. I am getting a little tired of all the cold shoulder pieces, but I felt like the shoulders on this one were really flattering and well done. I think this might have been my favorite piece all month!
The cut of this top is just sublime, it’s perfect. I like the colors and print, but I just really appreciated the high quality and fabulous cut of this poly blend top. I also loved the open neckline!
This was the only piece that didn’t really work well for me this month. I love the cut of this top, except it’s just a tad too small in the hips for me. The top is so beautiful, I wish it had fit better. I love the color and the embroidery especially. I also really appreciated that the sleeves fit well!
The Verdict: I love Gwynnie Bee! This month I got five pieces I really liked and only one that didn’t fit well. That’s fantastic! I like trying new things all the time, and Gwynnie Bee gives me loads of new options! It’s so fun!
