I have both of these spoilers. I’ve emailed customer service about April’s box and they haven’t gotten back to me. They sent me an almost empty beat up Sunday Riley Tidal Cream. It looks like someone chewed on it and it was filthy. Anyone else have this happen to them?

How do you cancel? Can not find the link on Dermstore?

You can either call them or do an online chat. I’ve done both. They’re very nice and don’t pressure you to reconsider.

I cancel through my account very easily online. I also received an email confirmation of my cancellation.
Laurie
Something else new to try. I’m fine with it. I love trying new beauty products.

This might be a skip for me as well….not looking good

Yeah…i am debating on skipping as well…i haven’t even used the primer from boxy….i wish boxes would send us setting sprays, or setting powders, a nice beauty blender etc. Instead of recycled other stuff….ill sure take the recycled other stuff though if it’s amazing. Hahaha
When do we need to cancel by to skip this box?!?!

I agree! I could use setting spray. I have a box of luminous and highlighter products I need to get rid of.

Does anyone know what date you have to cancel for the May box and not get billed? Just in case the next spoilers aren’t a little more exciting. Thanks!

Customer service told me to always try and do it by the last day of the month and they usually bill you on 1st or 2nd of the month

Thanks to you all as well. Can we actually skip a box, so we don’t loose our points, or do we have to cancel and resub and then we loose our points??
Laurie
Billing is usually on the first, so before Tuesday.

“At least one day prior to the next shipment date. “. I would cancel by Sunday to be sure.

I got that Peter Thomas Roth “body cleanser” (just say shower gel and cut out the pretension!) at a Hilton stay recently. Meh.
Skipping this month. And that’s OK. I only get 2 or 3 of the 12 annual BeautyFix boxes – that’s about how frequently the contents are a good match for me. No problem.

Haha yes! I stay at Hilton for work travels and I’m like, they’re including hotel soap? Lol

Yes. I’ve gotten them from Hilton, too, still have a few. Plus, Hilton throws in shampoo, conditioner and soap.

We just got the Luminizing primer from BoxyCharm a few months ago. It’s ok – I’m in the mood for a matte primer so I’ll skip this box.

Mine is still up for swap….so I definitely do not need another luminizing primer!

Nan
Me, too.

Are these the big ticket items?
Reply
Tanya M.
The primer is full size. This is deluxe sample as full size is 8.5 ounces. Neither are considered drug store but nit sure if that answers “big ticket” items

It says 1 oz. That’s pretty small for a body cleanser. Not a fan of the primer.
They still haven’t responded to my emails, either after 2 wks. I’m gonna have to cancel this one.
Suzanne
It does answer my question, thank you Tanya M!! I’ll skip this box!
