Warning: I’m having a horrible experience with Le Tote as we speak! Attempted to do the free trial. It’s one tote or 14 days whatever comes first. I get my first tote sent and immediately start getting notices that they’re sending yet another tote and I’ll be billed. I contact CS and they swear it’s a mix up. Ok no problem. I’m still waiting for my first tote. I get another email that they are shipping my second tote. I contact CS yet again and explain I haven’t gotten the first one yet!! I needed up canceling because the email wouldn’t stop and it felt scammy to me. No problem they say they won’t chamge me for a thing. I never got the first tote and figured they cancelled it somehow. 9 days later!! I get the tote and get this ITS EMPTY completely empty. Even my mailman was like huh?? The postal service has stamped on the package “received without contents”. I waiting to be charged for the entire thing. No one has gotten back to me yet about this newest snafu and I can’t get into my account because I cancelled it. Nightmare.
