I cancelled on Feb 13, have a verifyied email from that date and yup, they still billed and sent me March! The CS rep told me the computers went down and they didn’t cancel anyone. Well, great, but did they offer me 25% off upcoming boxes-no, but CS told me to go to trustpilot.com and tell them what a great job he did !?! I really like GlossyBox, but come on-enough being treated like a fool. My credit card company said I can fight it, but I still have the hassle to mail it back,so once again GB wins.

I received box 8. Instead of the Unani milk cleanser, I received a full size Freeman Beauty Infusion cleansing clay mask. My Morgan Taylor polish is in the color “CanCan We Dance” and the Cover FX pencil is in the color “N Deep”. I posted a picture on my Instagram #theglamorousgrandma

I’d like to know if a gift sub would automatically renew, or terminate at the end of the signup period. I try to avoid automatic renewals, and especially when customer service is so iffy (according to reports).

I’ve done gift subs for other boxes and never had it renew but I don’t know about this box specifically. You could use a prepaid visa or something to be extra careful but I don’t think you have to worry.

I was tempted, then noticed gift subs were more expensive than regular monthly for some reason, got irritated again and closed the window. Not worth it. Plus, I’m way overloaded with stuff already.

I got their three month sub with included a month free (4 months total) for $63 through gilt city.

At this point I am so frustrated with their CS and the run around I am not sure that I would continue for free. I hate nothing more than poor service and being treated like a fool. Three months with the same billing issue and no resolution.. they just keep changing their response. Latest.. ask your bank we sent it so they can find it. HA HA
