If you log in through a browser, not the app, and go to my account > account details > online orders and open the play! Order Details (it was dated 11/1 for me), you can see the “item number” next to the image.

I normally don’t complain, but I got box 201. Both of those masks say they are solutions for DRY skin. So I went to my quiz and i have OILY, AGING skin marked. Not Dry. I would have loved the eye cream….

My order box number is a 7 digit number, not 3. It starts with 151, but then has 4 numbers after that. I don’t see a 3 digit one anywhere …how do I know which box I’m getting?

To find out what box you are getting, you need to look at the last three numbers of your item
number not the order number.
The item number should be next to the little picture of the play box when you look in your order detail.

I’m getting box 151 and I’m not mad at it at all. I’m most excited about the eye cream. I’ve honestly never tried a Belif product that I didn’t love. It’s a good thing that I’m a lippie junky, because between Play and Ipsy I’m getting 4 new lip products.

No official word from Sephora about any spoilers for this box except that it will contain two lip products?
I’m hoping that the ‘unofficial ‘ spoilers are correct because I don’t want the nude lip product.

I cancelled last month, and after seeing the spoilers, I am NOT sad that I did. Sephora play really needs some new stuff. Maybe some Fenty samples. Lots of the items seem like boring repeats.

The reason I had stopped getting this box is becuz my variation came out almost last, and it seemed like it was all the stuff no one else wanted….I was always disappointed seeing what everyone else got..

So I just subscribed to sephora play and I’m a bit confused hoping someone can help me out here. I’m thinking that I’ll be getting February’s box because it says it will show my items once my february box ships but my credit card was only charged $1.00 does it charge the rest once it’s shipped or what? And do you think I’ll get this month’s box?

I just signed up as well, and it says I will be getting my first box in March. I was hoping for this months since it’s the 1st time I was excited for what I saw since I cancelled my subscription 4 months ago.

Really I just unsubscribed because I just got sick of what they were sending me. I also got the smashed Sephora Matt lipstick in February box and they only give me 50 insider points which is halfway to sample when I complain customer service. In my experience after being subscribe to this box for over year this is kind of their policy to give you low amount of points when you received a damaged item. Are used to love the subscription but the last four months have been very disappointing boxes tiny sample sizes (0.013) is like the amount of product that fits on a q-tip also very little acutual makeup in my boxes. Sad that they don’t listen to there customers. I have been far happier with ipsy. They never disapoint because they read your reviews of their samples and build each bag 4 u! Sephora only gives the high end boxes with nars & tarte to a select few bloggers. If you are just a regular person like me you get the worst boxes.

The $1.00 is a preauthorization to make sure your card is valid. I get charged for my box at the beginning of each month, so if you signed up after Feb. 3rd you’ll get yours next month, probably.

I finally gave up on this box, it’s awful. Too many variations and no one gets what fits them. I cancelled and ordered Yes Oh Yas, that box is amazing!

Ugh I am getting 201 and I am really disappointed. Tbh there isn’t one variation this month that I would really want. I’m gonna give it one more month. If next month isn’t better I’m going to cancel. I feel like Sephora has the greatest opportunity (out of all the sub boxes) to make their sub box great. With all the great brands there should be AMAZING samples and I feel like instead of getting better the boxes keep getting worse!

I have literally received everyone of these products, and some a few times over the last year–except for the burberry and tumeric mask. They really don’t care anymore, do they…
Sephora, is the new birchbox. I know its ONLY ten bucks, but its a waste if they keep sending out as many repeats and dupes as the case seems to be. Aside from boxycharm or ipsy–any other makeup heavy boxes anyone can recommend?

I did not see the email from customer service as proof so take this as a tentative spoiler. May be wrong but someone on Sephora forum said #185 has the Belif moisturizing eye bomb, Peter Thomas Roth FIRMx™ Peeling Gel, Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb, Sephora Collection Rouge Matte, Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil, and Lancôme Drama Liqui Pencil.

I feel that 185’s will get their boxes before the spoilers come out. I can understand their reasoning for not wanting to release spoilers too soon but why can’t they release them at the same time? Dragging things out like this makes no sense.

You know, I’ve been watching this sub for a while now and I’ve noticed that. I see the same products being passed out over and over again. They’ll skip a product for a couple months then BAM, there it is again. That’s exactly why I’ve never subbed Play or Ipsy. It’s too repetitive!

Exactly and it’s not even an old box. They have such a huge variety of products that they sell. Last month I got a peeling gel and I’m getting one again this month. Granted two different brands, two different skin concerns but still. I’ve also already received three of the products in my box previously so I’m hoping they are at least different colors.
