I don’t know what is up with this sub all the sudden. I have gotten it for 6 months without a glitch then no Jan box showed. It showed processing since Jan 14th. I emailed and never got a response. I went to cancel and you have to call so I did. The man was nice and apologetic. He said they would ship immediately and give me 1/2 off for Feb. Well my Jan box shippped alright on the slow boat through China. Expected delivery date is Feb 23rd!! Not happy and my Dog is super sad.

I just sent an email to them with a pic of the promo and how coupon code makes the total 5.14.
Hope they respond and fix it.

I went through the whole process with the price showing at $2.14 but as I hit ‘submit’ the amount changed to $5.14.
