E23 Deluxe Blender Brush - Retail Value $7.00

This month returns to a more standard rounded black brush handle with gunmetal grey accents. I don't have many eyeshadow brushes (save the similar E28 I received in November), so this one will come in handy for me when I choose to don some shadow on my lids for a more polished look (it's not super often).

The bristles are their usual soft fluffy selves here but are short and dense enough that they are a great middle ground of having control and not being so flexible that the powder goes everywhere. I used this to blend my darker lid color with my lighter brow-bone color and it worked flawlessly.

E61 Pointed Highlight Brush

E61 Pointed Highlight Brush - Retail Value $8.00

Next, we have a brush that has longer bristles to allow a larger reach for softening that highlighter. You may have read me going on about how I just started using highlighter and how lovely it is, so I was stoked to get this brush.

I dabbed some of my liquid highlighter on the back of my hand and dipped this brush into it and fluttered it onto my upper cheekbones and cupids bow. I was hesitant at first, but this brush really did blend it out and soften it so I don't have a solid streak of highlighter on my face.

E34 Tapered Blush Brush

E34 Tapered Blush Brush - Retail Value $17.00

The third and final brush is a fatty for blush application. I have a few blush brushes in my arsenal already, so this could have been one to trade if I so desired. Nevertheless, I kept it around seeing as though the ones I have are all slightly different.

Like the first blender brush, this has a nice control to it so I can target the apples of my cheeks to apply rosy or peach hues. It instantly softens the look and can also be used to contour or as a powder brush. This one does some heavy lifting!

Verdict: For $19.99 MorpheMe Monthly Brush Club mailed three new brushes to my doorstep that have a retail value of $32.00 which puts me on top with value. As I mentioned, it's easy to swap out brushes that I may not want or need, which is a great feature. I'm happy with the overall quality of these brushes and haven't had a problem with any thus far.

I’d love to see you actually use the brushes as intended to give us an idea of how well they work/don’t work as directed. I mentioned this once before and the previous reviewer of this box was able to do it, so it would be nice to see it again. 🙂

Ahhh, I hear you, Jackie. Sorry I wasn’t able to do that this time, but I will make sure I am camera-ready next month and give it a whirl! Thanks again for the feedback!!
