February 2018 Harrison Blake Apparel Monthly Club Review

Harrison Blake’s subscription is pretty straightforward – you’ll always receive a tie plus matching accessories that complete the look. This month had a red vibe for Valentine’s Day!

Each delivery comes with a business card size info car. It lists each item and its value. All items are made by Harrison Blake – so I’ll be using the values from this card. This month also includes a 70% off discount code to their store.

Trio Stripe Necktie – Value $30

As always, we start with the tie. This tie sets the vibe for the entire box – and unsurprisingly, it’s got some red tones for February.

The ties are pretty much the same consistency from month to month – so if you like their ties, you’ll be building a nice collection for yourself!

Gent Collection Watch – Value $30

This is new to the subscription – it’s a Harrison Blake watch.

The quality is decent – it’s what you’d expect for a $30 watch.

It’s got the black leather straps – from a style perspective, it feels like it could fit a number of outfits – which goes for a lot of what Harrison Blake sends.

Red Paisley Pocket Square – Value $20

This month includes a pocket square that incorporates the red tones but also goes a little wild with its patterns. This one reminds me of the pocket squares my grandpa used to have.

Block Stripe Socks – Value $8

This month also includes calf-high socks. These are always on the thinner side – more like a dress sock. That being said, I find these pretty comfortable and still wear them on colder days.

Lapel Chain – Value $30

This is an accessory that is out of my style palette. It has that curled rope look at the end of the chain to add pop to your lapel.

Verdict: There are a few subscriptions out there that provide everyday basics – I think of this subscription just like that, but for dress clothing basics. You can easily build up a wardrobe of accessories for any occasion with this subscription – and it tends to send styled items around holidays or themes of the month.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes. You’ll find the current available theme on their landing page.

  1. The socks and tie were worth more than the cost of the box. I’m not a big fan of the watch or the chain but I do like the box and some of their other products.
