I always miss the customizations. I never get an indicator of when it is either. I’m rather disappointed and definitely not gibing this lip palette

They send emails to the email you used to sign up. You may have accidentally unsubscribed from those emails. You can contact customer service to subscribe to them again. Also, make sure they’re not going into a spam folder.

The box says MURAD on it, aand they were featured as an add on item, so im pretty sure well be getting somthing good from them for skin care!!! And to me this makes up for the lip palette 😎

Any ideas when this box will ship? I am thinking of getting one for my mom’s birthday but her b-day is Mar 13. Not sure if it will arrive in time.

Reply ButtonReply

Suzanne

Brooke-annual members are billed on Feb 20, shipped within 10 days after billing. Seasonal members are billed on Mar 1, shipping within 10 days after billing.

Thanks!

Michelle

While that lip palette is really pretty they don’t seem to be very practical, and they do seem to be very messy. Am I wrong?

Stefanie

Im gonna see what the add ons are for tomorrow and ill decide if i want to cancel my yearly membership. The add ons are for me, what really makes me keep the sub. I really want no part of that lip palette…

Hi Marigia,
What’s in the starter box? I maybe interested depending on what it is.
Thanks, Emily

I don’t plan on continuing with FFF if these are the type of palettes we are getting. First off, who is Alex Garza? Secondly, are these colors based on her skintone and style and what she likes? I would never purchase this for myself or as a gift for anyone. The colors….😐 I really hope the other products for this box will make up for this spoiler.

Sophia

Me neither. I just cancelled. I am so over FFF. I have junk from them everywhere. I have never liked a single thing they have sent enough to actually purchase it again myself. I have been a member since box 1. So many better boxes out there

Amanda

Yuck! If the second spoiler isn’t appealing I’m cancelling. This lip palette is not for me.

Tanya

Amanda, It looks like the whole box is in that email that sent out. I could discern a mug and blue packets. If you have a sharp eye, I’m sure you can figure out whats in the box. I don’t and can not so will wait for spoilers.

I took a screenshot of the “You’re missing out” email they sent on January 28. From zooming in on the box the girl is holding, the items appear to be:

Bkr blue water bottle
ISH lip pallette
ISH contour kit
Preheels spray
Spongelle body contouring buffer (the box is blue)
Gypsy05 product (might be a roundle but not sure because I couldn’t find a product with that exact pattern on their website)

That’s all I could discern from the image. There’s also a skin care product with a packaging that has a white base and orange top. Not sure what company it is. Something that resembles a pink nail polish in the lower right corner. And a white tube that the girl is covering with her hand.

Lisa

Tanya what email are you talking about? I would love to see it. Not sure if I missed it.

Ashley

Could you please tell me which email you’re talking about? Like the subject line or something?

Cindy

I’m glad to see a lip palette vs. an eye palette. Don’t use eye shadow and they are always in boxes. Glad I upgraded to yearly and looking forward to my first time being at the front of the line for choice and add-ons.

Reply ButtonReply

Jennifer

When I upgraded to yearly, it took them a over month after billing to ship my box. I had to contact them and threaten to file a formal complaint in order to get my box sent in time to give some of the items as Christmas gifts, and I still only got it with a couple of days to spare.

This is the last box of mt annual subscription…and as of right now….I will be cancelling…I like the add-ons more that whats in the box…and this spoiler is not something that is changing my mind. I’d rather spend 75 and take a chance on PSMH quarterly instead

dawn

what is PSMH

Christi

Lip palettes aren’t my thing. I wouldn’t carry it with me when reapplying, so I’ll be swapping or giving it to my 13 year old cousin as she just got into makeup.

Reply ButtonReply

Deanne

Thanks for the swatches, I’d never buy this on my own, but the colors look really great and of course each can be adjusted by how much you use, using chapstick first, mixing them, or my favorite which is to totally wipe off with a tissue square leaving just a stain. I’m looking forward to this palette it looks like fun!

ME

Hoping the other items are spectacular to compensate for this lackluster lip palette. Looks like the RV is hyperinflated 100%. I’lll deal s long as the other hand x items are much better. Otherwise I’m canceling my annual after spring.

When do they start selling Spring?

Reply ButtonReply

Hillary

Hm. Not interested in this spoiler. I’ll try swapping it out. But I’ve also been thinking of cancelling……

Reply ButtonReply

Alex

What a fun spoiler. I’ve never gotten a lip palette. I have eye shadow, blush, and highlighter palettes so this should be fun! I love play around with colors and customize. It’s a great gift too.

Reply ButtonReply

Alex

This time I’m setting an alarm!

Reply ButtonReply

Suzanne

So by February 10th will we know whole box since that’s when customizations are?

Reply ButtonReply

Melody

Only a few items are customizable.

Reply ButtonReply

Suzanne

Hi Melody-I know only a few items are customizable, I’m just assuming that we’ll know the rest of the box at that time.

Lily

I am guessing with the number of palettes there has been in boxes a lot of these will be up for swap. I canceled my box, yet if i still subbed I d be doing a pre swap asap on this to get it swapped since after the boxes arrive i am sure there will be over 100 of these posted

WOW! that is a fab lip kit! *send my box*send my box* send my box*

Liz, can these color pans pop out? Curious if more can be added in/exchanged. My crazy self would like to rearrange the second row (specificially, color #3).

Reply ButtonReply

Marcy

Boooo on the spoiler! I don’t like lip palettes! Maybe I’ll actually skip Spring.

Ish? Sub box brand? I am not a fan of lip palettes… I hope better spoilers are ahead..
