There’s another glitch in Boxycharm’s system. Like last time I tried to redeem for the Color FX. The redemption code I was sent says it doesn’t apply to anything in my cart. So frustrating!

I got the blush and glow too…then I cancelled my subscription. Too many disappointing months and things I won’t use.

Anyone else getting an error saying their charms can’t be applied to these items?

Yep. -_-

I didn’t get the error but got overcharged. My cart showed that my $10 and $20 credits would be deducted from my $36 purchase plus $4 shipping order, so I should only have paid $10. Instead I got charged $30. If the rewards weren’t applied at all it would’ve been $40. Not sure how they came up with that total.
I was hoping it was just showing wrong on the site but alas I checked my credit card and they definitely took $30. And when I checked my charms balance the credits are gone/used. Makes no sense. I emailed them so hopefully they will refund my $20. I don’t want a credit since it’s so hard to redeem the charms from their usually bare charm shop.

I have $18.50 worth of stuff in my cart with $20 coupon code but saying I still owe $10 wtf?? Lol. I think their website is messing up again.

Darn it! I was toying with cancelling, so I used all my points up yesterday. Wish I had waited a day.
