  1. I purchased a box with the extras in July and they have yet to send me a box or reply to my email. Does anyone have a number to contact customer service?

  3. I purchased a one time box, with all the extras, on Nov. 21. I’ve received nothing. I’ve sent about 10 emails. I got a response on the first email, in mid Dec. It said they were sorry, and would check with their package carrier and send me another box right away. Yeah, no box, and no more responds from their company.

    • I can’t get them to answer any of my emails either. It is so frustrating.

    • I purchased a box in July and they have yet to respond to my email. Does anyone know their phone number for customer service?
