This booklet included gives you details on the items included in this month’s box. Pretty handy!

Pig Mask from Motell Hell Enamel Pin

Pig Mask from Motell Hell Enamel Pin — Estimated Value $10

Each month you will get a limited edition BAM! Horror pin. The movie featured is 80s cult classic, Motell Hell! This pin was designed by artist, Phil Guy. There were three variants, but I was actually excited to not get the limited edition one since this pin features the most iconic character in the film, Farmer Vincent Smith.

Electra and Elise Avellan aka the Crazy Babysitter Twins from Planet Terror Signed Photograph

This month included a signed photograph from the Crazy Babysitter Twins from Planet Terror. There are three variants of photos signed by the sisters, but the one I received was limited edition to only ninety-nine of this picture being signed! Pretty neat! As always the signed photo includes a certificate of authenticity as well.

Here we have a replica of the button that was cursed by an old gypsy in the movie, Drag Me to Hell. The replica is enclosed in a custom floating case for display purposes.

Darkness Stones Prop Replica

I have never seen or heard of this movie, but I still find this to be an interesting prop. The prop feels like a solid rock. This item came in five variants: the Snake, the Wolf, the Crow, the Buffalo, or the one I received, the Coyote.

Twisty the Clown from AHS Freakshow and Cult Patch

Twisty the Clown from AHS Freakshow and Cult Patch — Estimated Value $8

This along with the Motell Hell was one of the items I was most excited to receive! I have been watching American Horror Story since its inception and I especially liked this last season, AHS Cult. This is the second item I received that is limited edition. This patch is one of 250 made! Pretty dang cool! The patch looks like it could be ironed on, but I would still opt to sew it on myself. It is too neat to risk damaging it!

The Thing is a classic cult movie from director, John Carpenter. This is a neat rendition by acclaimed comic book painter, Brett Weldelle. There are two variants of this print. I received the green version that has 1,500 prints. I am fine with not getting the limited edition version since I love the shades of green on this print.

Verdict: My second BAM! Horror Box was a fun one. My two favorite items by far were the Motell Hell pin and the Twisty patch. I assume the value of those two pieces alone would be $18. This box had quite a few replicas that would appeal to hardcore collectors as well. I am not sure the values of all of the items included, but I assume the print was the highest in cost. I go to comic and horror conventions often and signed photographs can be steep in cost! An autographed photo typically starts at the low end of $25-30 at a convention, so getting a signed photograph and other fandom goodies for $26.99 plus shipping is a fantastic deal! The only thing I was displeased about was how long this box took to arrive. It was mid- December by the time I received this box and I never received a response to the email I sent about the box to BAM!’s customer service. I sense it was due to the hectic holiday season, but I'm still disappointed with the customer service, or lack thereof, received.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the January box. From Bam!

Your box will ship on the 28th of every month. Please order by 5 pm on the 17th to get the current box.

Coupon – Use coupon code CRATEJOY5 to save $5 off of your first box!

Value Breakdown: This box cost me $$26.99 + $7.99 shipping, which means that each of the 6 items in the box has an average cost of $5.83.
