The prints on these little chocolates are so cute!

And the milk chocolate was delicious, too.

  1. I’m still waiting on my December earrings as my box arrived EMPTY. They said they were sending it out but that was several weeks ago.

  2. I love these earrings. My favorite piece is the cuff but these are up there. So dainty and pretty. Beautifully made

  3. I subscribed for a year long subscription from them last year and have always received great prompt customer service so I’ve been really shocked and disappointed to hear so many stories of people have such unfortunate experiences which haven’t been resolved. I was told I could pick a previous box in addition to my December earrings which was a surprise and I was happy because I thought all along everyone was receiving two pieces because of the emails they sent and all of there posting. I picked out my piece and received an email that my order was fulfilled on 12/27/2017 and the tracking number is for a company I’ve never heard of called TNT which on their website now states that they are a part of FedEx. Anyhow the tracking number never worked on any of the websites and I had also been told in a different email from my correspondence with CS to expect shipping info with tracking from USPS so I’m confused. It’s not until today that I realized that it has been well over two weeks since they claimed to have shipped my package. I wrote them an email explaining everything and asking if they could help out by looking up the tracking on their end and providing me with information on when I will receive something and how it was unusual that it has been over two weeks. I have yet to hear back but then again I sent the email today. I really hope that I don’t run into issues and end up not receiving my package like others. I really love this subscription and the pieces they send out every month along with their great quality. I hope for the sake of so many others and that of them surviving as a company that they turn their act around.

  4. I’m really getting frustrated with this company, as I’ve gotten 4 months of a 6-month sub, but still haven’t received the past box GWP that was the whole reason I subscribed.

I only got one chocolate. 😢 And some people said they got stickers, too.

    • I can confirm that I got stickers along with the chocolate.

  5. I got the bangle from the November box as my complementary piece

  6. I was buying the pieces I liked when they went on sale, but they messed up my last order.

  7. I received the silver ones and I think they are very pretty. I am not a jewelry person, but I received my first box free so why not. I did do the conversion for this items from Euro’s to USD and they are not worth the price that is listed. It came to be about $70, which is still more than the cost of the box, which is awesome.

  8. I have these in silver, CLIPons (no ear piercing needed) up for swap…just click on my name to request 🙂

  9. Didn’t get any chocolates, and this earring was really flimsy, for the price they claimed it’s worth. I’ve already ranted about them elsewhere, so that’s all I’ll add here. Oh and this–still waiting for the jewelry I ordered in November. Yep.

  10. I’ve subbed to many boxes over the years and have never had so much trouble with a subscription. They’ve made so many errors in my sub, and though they have always made up for the errors, by sending me free pieces or replacing the wrong color piece, I just got tired of the neverending drama, so I cancelled. I did receive the December earrings and they are nice, but I don’t think that they’re worth the price. I think that the quality of their jewelry has gone downhill, just slightly. It’s really attractive, though.

    • It is so weird- I have had CS issues and they have been great to deal with. No idea why it is so spotty 🙁

  11. Nice earrings to bad I never received them… I signed up for their December special deal and only got the Oct. bracelet then after emailing them I got another bracelet… they claimed the earrings were being sent off again but to no avail.. I am supposably getting the Nov. necklace as a replacement, I will cancel after this month if they haven’t made good by next. I have way to many subs to spend so much time with customer service.

    • Wish I could delete my previous misspelled rant…

      • Supposedly

  12. Their site says if you sub today you will get the December earrings free w the January Box…

  13. I absolutely loved these earrings and have been wearing them since the day I got them and they have held up wonderfully.

  14. They sent me the wrong metal color. Their response to the issue was for me to pay to ship back and then they would send the correct color after receiving. Don’t think I should pay for their mistake.

    • They didn’t offer to refund shipping costs? I had this problem a few months ago, sent it back, let them know shipping costs and tracking number and they issued a refund within a few days. I got my replacement about a week after that.

    • That’s horrible! They accidentally sent me the wrong color a few months ago and paid for the return shipping. I would email them back and tell them you shouldn’t have to pay their mistakes.

    • I had to exchange a pair of earrings in May, and I paid for the shipping to return. I was immediately reimbursed by them after I emailed in the tracking number. You are sending it back to their supply warehouse in the states, but it is their company in France who is going to send you a replacement. I think it is simply the easiest way to get around international postage. I definitely prefer being out a few dollars temporarily rather than having to deal with overseas shipping! Mistakes happen, and they were slammed by this past holidays’ deals. That said, stated value discrepecies are probably the only issue I have with them, but everything is worth more than the $35 I paid. I’m happy, and will continue to pay the full monthly price!

  15. Hmmm…all of my chocolate came in the Paris Paris Paris design…I didn’t even realize there were others! Lol. Loved the earrings (and I’m not even an earring wearer).

    • Hmm… I only got one chocolate 🙁

  16. Those earrings are gorgeous! No plans for me to subscribe due to the issues though.

    • Same for me. They don’t seem to have standard policies so you can get two different outcomes from the same issue.

      • I was buying the pieces I liked when they went on sale, but they messed up my last order.

  17. Liz- was any other jewelry included? The December spoilers post included “FYI – The December box will include the featured piece from Virginie Monroe + a surprise complimentary piece of jewelry.” Curious if they actually sent that, or if that was a mistake.

    • I got the bangle from the November box as my complementary piece

    • I received the bangle but only the info card for the earrings 😕 I emailed them and the responded quickly and mailed the earrings out right away.

      • The same thing happened to me. I got the Nov. bracelet with the earring info. I emailed them, I was told to pick another older box. I replied that I expected to get the earrings I paid for, and they sent them out a couple days later. I really like both pieces. I’ve been wearing the earrings for days, sleeping and showering in them, they’re so comfortable and pretty.

        • I got the bracelet, too, instead of the earrings. I posted on Facebook and had a response quickly. But they said they would send earrings out right away. That was December 26. I just received them last week . But I love the earrings it. That is why I subbed in December. I had canceled my subscription because I had too much jewelry.

    • Their CS was really sketch on this. Some folks got a second piece of jewelry … others like myself, they simply ignored the question. It’s not even about the bauble at this point, but I can’t stand inconsistent CS.
