Has anyone has trouble with birchbox shipping lately? In my last two orders, somethings been missing from the sets I bought. Customer service has also taken a while to get back to me.

No, I haven’t. I was quite upset with them in the fall because of the shipping delays but everything for the holidays have been great. I actually bought this set and looked at it yesterday and thought that they didn’t give me a bath bomb until I saw there was just two supposed to be in there. Hopefully they get it fixed for you soon! I’ve contacted their support twice in the past month regarding subscription stuff and have gotten a reply within a day, however, we are closer to Christmas now!
