Don’t buy from these people! My order since the 23rd is also unfilled and their customer service team is the worst. I honestly believe they are more opaque than government offices. Lots of great subscription companies out there, but Loot Crate is not one of them.

Christmas Eve, no gift…never buying from them again and asking for a subscription refund :(. I’m out over $300 at this point and their customer service team is beyond useless, they are rude and evasive. Spend your money elsewhere.

i also ordered on 11/22 and – for once – received all my stuff within about 2 weeks. But like everyone else commenting, I urge extreme caution with this company. I once had a previous order take a month and a half. It’s so unpredictable and frustrating. I was happy to get my stocking stuffers, but I’m never ordering from them again.

Warning do not order from Loot Vault. I ordered on 11/23 and I don’t believe it will be here for Christmas. Oh and their “customer service” department could teach their tricks to the Government. No answer run around responses. Save your money

Customer service, where are you? I ordered Black Friday hoping for Christma delivery. Silly me.

1. After the bold text it says shirt, I assume it should be figure?
2. WARNING to anyone wanting to buy from the vault, I ordered on 11/22 and still have not even gotten a shipping notice even though the confirmation email says it should ship in 3-5 days. Also, they have already charged my account unlike most companies who wait to charge you until it ships. Basically they are using my $$$ to fund themselves right now. Customer service hasnt even given an estimate on when i should expect it to ship! sooooo frustrating.

I’m in the same boat: purchased on 11/22, no movement. I’ve emailed twice and they’ve sent back two extremely impersonal responses that tell me they aren’t looking into it. Most of what I ordered was meant to be Christmas gifts. I never imagined I wouldn’t have this stuff in time, but now I’m seeing poor reviews for Loot Vault all over the place. Proceed with caution, shoppers!

To answer your question, I won’t be buying any of these. That way, I won’t be surprised when I don’t receive any of these.
