Is it still possible to get the Editor’s Box Winter 2017? If not, how do I go about buying one off a subscriber that doesn’t want theirs.

Alex

Anyone gotten shipping or tracking info yet?

Reply ButtonReply

Ana

I checked today and it says my box hasn’t shipped already =(
Is it possible it was shipped but they haven’t updated? I can’t wait to get my box

Nicole

@Liz is the winter box still available to purchase ? Thank you

Jamie

I just ordered the winter box. Just don’t use promo code msaeditors or it changes it from winter to editors box.

I subscribe to FFF as well as a few others and have never been disappointed. If i was forced to choose one subscription box this would be it. Great mix of items, quality has been excellent, and IMO worth every penny. Complaints? Add-ons! I spend more than I should. I am so glad I found this one!

Is the winter box still available Liz?

Melissa Becker

I clicked the link but it does not take me anywhere. Where do I go to order this?

I hope my box actually ships soon. I am a select member spent a lot on add ons and then yesterday got an email saying the tote was out of stock. I was hoping to use some add ons as Christmas gifts and it always takes forever to get here. I have been a member since the beginning and I am not very happy right now. Sorry usually not a complainer but when I saw they are already offering yet another box before mine has even been sent out I got a little upset!

TK

I just have to say I am impressed with FFF. I got my winter box and numerous add ons yesterday. Everything was perfect! I ordered a second box and nothing was a repeat of my original box selections. There’s only one item, out of 25+ add ons, I don’t care for and it’s only because the fragrance of the lotion is too strong. The Winter box is my favorite of 2017.

If anyone wants to go in with me and split the box I’m only interested in the scarf, the earrings and the bath salts.

I do not know how I feel about this influx of “Real Her” cosmetics that I am seeing in subs? I cannot find it in any store. It makes me think retailers do not love it enough to pick it up at the price point they want, so.they are trying to break in through sub boxes. I worry about the true value..

Reply ButtonReply

Alex

I just wonder if it’s made in China

Reply ButtonReply

Ying

I would’ve felt the same way once but after seeing the success of trestique I now feel differently. I used to see trestique in all of the sub boxes and thought they were probably a terrible brand that couldn’t make it into retail stores but hey, look at it now. It’s at Sephora. Perhaps something similar will happen with Real Her.

Amber

I have the RealHer II palette. I got it as a replacement for a highlighter that had smashed in one of my previous FFF boxes. I held on to it for a while, had it up for swaps, then took it down and decided to give it a try. I really love it. The colors are pretty, very blendable, and stay really well with minimum fallout. I’m glad I decided to keep it.

On another note, I think this is probably the worst editors box, for me. I cancelled after summer, and am still waiting for something really good to draw me back in. Winter was almost it, but I couldn’t spend the $50 when I knew I’d probably keep most things for myself instead of using as gifts.

LB

I was beginning to think there must be something wrong with me because I really like the Real Her palettes I’ve gotten (one from FFF and one from Boxycharm) and everyone else seems to “hate” the brand…

Daria

I agree, I was waiting for someone to comment on that….I have disliked everything that I’ve received of that brand. Personally think it’s popular because the brand is ostensibly about “empowerment” etc, but the quality itself sucks. IMHO only, of course.

I unsubbed a few months ago to everything, but BF brought me back for the really good deals. This is one of my favorite subs and this box and winter’s looks great, but I’m trying to hold back. Spent so much more than I should’ve, but honestly, they are such great deals 😉

Reply ButtonReply

Deanne

That’s the cheapest looking jewelry I’ve ever seen. Think this box is overpriced.

Reply ButtonReply

Judy

Really?! I want the earrings. Looks similar to gorjana’s styles

Perezangela801

Imma get my winter box in 2 days which I’m so stoked for !! And I want this box as well because of the Whish mask and other stuff. Sad part is I have the gym bag, scarf, real her kit, makeup dropper and spongelle. I want it just for the stuff I don’t have so I have to get this but not for a while bc I need my winter box

Reply ButtonReply

Tamara

This is actually pretty tempting. If they included those socks from the winter box instead of, say, almost any of those beauty items, I would have jumped on it.

Side note: Why are those socks so hard to swap for??

Reply ButtonReply

ME

The socks are pretty but they’re nothing special. I have other much nicer, warmer fuzzy socks.

Wore mine yesterday and they seemed thin.

I definitely would not go out and buy this kind. They aren’t worth more than a few bucks.

Reply ButtonReply

Alisa

The socks are infused with aloe!!

Christy

Ha! I’ll list mine now. I don’t need ‘em; I live in Florida.

Reply ButtonReply

Lacey

I live in Orlando and would buy 10 pairs!

Tamara

Also – what’s your swap link? I’ll see if I have anything you might like to swap them for. 🙂

Tamara

I do too! 😀 But it gets chilly this time of year and I like to door on the porch. 🙂

Christine swinton

I usually like the Editors boxes better then the regular boxes. Not sure if I will get this one although the jewlery, African botanicals and whish look pretty good, just not sure yet.

Marion

I wish I had been able to choose between therapy gel or the “gym” bag, lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Katy

Usually I want the Editor’s Box really badly. This one really isn’t one I would enjoy much so that makes me happy. Lol

Reply ButtonReply

Wendy

I actually think this is a pretty nice box. Lots of good items and I like the option to choose. I ordered the winter box or I would sign up for this one.

Suzanne Powell

I’m new to FFF and waiting for winter box (I can’t wait!!!). Am I able to purchase this editors box? I can’t find it when I login online.

Jen

If you have a second email address, you can be a “new” subscriber and an old subscriber.

Reply ButtonReply

Sheila

Thank you Jen for the idea. It worked like a dream.

Liz Cadman

Sorry, right now this is for new subscribers only.

For those of you who already have the poncho, how is it to wear? Feel of fabric and overall appearance?

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

Some ladies mentioned on the fff community forum that they folded the front of the poncho to shorten it up a bit. I tried this, and it did work for a while but eventually it unrolled. I like the poncho, it is really warm (albeit it sheds a little). I got the gray color so it isn’t too noticeable when it sheds.

I wore it the other day to work and my boss thought I was cold and wearing a blanket lol. My other friend said I looked very hobo chic which I guess is in style now…. based on those 2 reactions I’m probably just going to stick to wearing it around the house. There is just too much fabric for me to be able to pull it off well. I got the black one so maybe the red would work out differently. The fabric sort of shed on my shirt too. Hope this helps!

Reply ButtonReply

DonnaG

The ‘red’ is not any better. I was really disappointed (I even emailed FFF about it) with the mulberry. The website and the picture in FFF’s booklet shows it as being a brighter reddish/burgundy type color, but it is not. All the colors are muted and it looks and feels like a blanket. I also feel a little sloppy in it. i wore the PSMH poncho the other day and I got compliments. I don’t think I will with this one. It’s staying at home. I am learning that, even with having choices, the risk is in the actual color and the actual quality of the item when I finally receive the item. Ihave been disappointed with FFF before.

Lin

I didn’t think the fabric on the mullberry one was too soft, its kind of coarse..in a good “thicker than I expected” way. I was scared it might be the cheap $2 thin fleece blanket material. Ive been wearing it this week with jeans, plain long sleeve tees and boots and I love it! Especially when driving since it’s easy to pull on and off without struggling getting caught in coat arms. Also, bc it’s a bit heavier, it falls nicely and drapes well so looks surprisingly form fitting for a poncho, not boxy. And I’m 5’8 and love the length, not too short you’re arms stay bare and not too long it gets in the way. Also wear it over scrubs on my walk to work in the mornings bc quick to pull on, and can store it in my big tote bag. I’ve even used it as a scarf! Def getting my money’s worth!!!

Sharon in SE TX

I’m enjoying the poncho, but it sheds a bit.

Reply ButtonReply

Katy

I love mine. The fabric is soft and it’s very well made and cozy.

Reply ButtonReply

Blane428

I got my box today and have been wearing my poncho around the house all evening! It is very lightweight, but warm at the same time. The fabric is soft and really cozy. It is pretty big even on me and I am 5’7. It’s very drapey, but you could easily shape it up with a belt! I got the black one and I think with the right outfit (not my pajama pants like right now) it could be dressy enough to wear out and keep you warm while looking stylish.

Reply ButtonReply

ERL

I wore mine to work over my dress and heels.

Ashby

I like the fabric, but I can’t pull off the look. I feel silly in it. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like I’m wearing a blanket.

Reply ButtonReply

TiffK

It’s really nice but I agree with everyone else. It looks like I’m draping a throw blanket over my shoulders. I’m 5′ ft. tall and so it kind of swallows me. I really like it, though. I keep it with me on the couch to cozy up with.

TK

I agree. I’m 5 feet tall and it definitely looks like I’m wearing a blanket. It’s not as thick as I thought it would be but still warm and cozy.

Amy

Me, too. It’s really more like a blanket.

Tara

Glad I ordered the winter box last week. Although it still hasn’t shipped so getting nervous…I don’t want this editors box at all!
