  1. I got a notification from Emma and Chloe and said pacakge delivered and when I clicked on the link it was indicated by USPS that it was left in front of the door. When I got home it was not there. Packages have been left in front of our door and never went missing. I was looking forward to this because I love the earrings and was going to use ut this holiday. It was also my present to me. I reached out to their CS and hoping to hear back so they can help locate it. So sad.

  2. I have a picture of the december Box. How do I send that to you? Also, I have discovered that the “second piece” in the two december pieces deal is really just the november bracelet. Very disappointing.

  3. it’s crazy how many of us haven’t received the things we wanted to give (a month after purchasing), but they’re still creating new “deals.” it’s shameless.

      Caroline here at Emma&Chloé. We ran out of stock on some items due to massive Thanksgiving orders, so we had to wait for a re-stock from our Paris offices.
      Everything is on the way, we put all our energy to ensure deliveries before Christmas! 🙂

  4. I wish reviews came with information on what kind of CS a company generally gives, I was thinking of buying this for my mom for a bday gift.

      We include a rating chart at the bottom of every post that includes ratings from MSA readers on customer service and several other factors. Is there something else you would like?


      • Liz, I guess my thing is that I subscribe to a lot of boxes and generally never have to reach out to their customer service. I’m not sure if the ratings are calculated based on those who sub but haven’t ever had a problem or is it based on more like have you had to reach out to ___ cs. know that initially I would’ve given most of my subs great ratings but sometimes initial contacts with CS doesn’t fix a problem so I guess I wish there was a way to find out if there’s follow through? If that makes any sense.

      • In the past, MSA has indicated in a post about a deal if there are warning signs… such as lots of customer complaints. I’m surprised there has been no indication in all these posts about coupons/deals etc. that readers should read other customer’s warnings, in other posts, for example.

  6. Guys, do not buy Emma and Chloe, I had a terrible experience with them. I purchased a box in November and still it has not arrived and the tracking number that they gave me still shows “pre-shipment” status. I have contacted them many times and all the times they told me a different story. Yesterday they told me that they already sent the box and asked me to contact USPS (like if it was my job or responsibility to do so). I’m disappointed and annoyed because I was counting on that box to be a gift for someone special. They haven’t offered me to send a new box or even a refund. I thought their company was serious and professional.

    • Contact USPS? And say what? That’s crazy. I’m still salty that it took almost a month to get my order and they sent me the wrong piece.
