Just received my FIRST box. It was missing 2 items and my free caramels. My daughter and I were so excited to get this and then were so disappointed. It was missing the pasta and the rice item yet there was so much bubble wrap. Is this normal? Sent an email but seeing the above comments I am wondering whether or not to just cancel than be out more money.

I have subscribed to Degusta Box for a long time. They will make right anything that is wrong. I have never had any issues with them replacing missing or damaged items. This is one subscription box that has excellent customer service.

I wasn’t too impressed with the Dec. box… I think I’m going to cancel. I have too many pantry items to donate and need more I will eat. I miss the first year of this box.

When I received mine the pickle lid had leaked the top was popped up like it had been opened, I’ve never tried the cauliflower rice, or the beet crisps.

Be sure to let CS know if you haven’t already. A few months ago one of my sunflower butter packages was broken open and I got a response within an hour apologizing and saying they would be sure to send a replacement in next month’s box. I wasn’t holding out hope since it was such a minor/small item and that’s a long time to remember that one person needs a replacement (and make sure it actually makes it into the box) but it was there next month! So consider me impressed.
