Now, on to the items!
Skinfix Ultra Rich Hand Cream - 1 oz Value $3.33
(Good to know for swaps - this item has an inner foil seal.)
Skinfix is one of my favorite Target Beauty Box brands ever, and this hand cream is amazing! The formula is ingredient-conscious, and the cream is so hydrating without making your hands greasy. It absorbs quickly and a little goes a long way, so this tube should last for a while. (And it has a light, cucumber scent!)
Dove Dermacare Scalp Anti-Dandruff 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner - 1.8 oz Value $.75
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the scent of this shampoo/conditioner! It's light, fresh, and maybe a touch minty. I don't have dandruff, though, so I'm not able to weigh in on how well the formula works.
Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in Blackest Black - 4.5 ml Value $1.60
This formula must be a beauty cult-classic for reason, but I can't figure out why it is so popular! It delivered on lash separation, but I couldn't get great volume or length even after applying multiple layers.
La Roche Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser – 15 ml Value $.50
This is a soap-free, gentle creamy cleanser. It doesn’t make much of a lather, but it worked well to clean my skin without drying it out.
Tom's Creamy Coconut Natural Beauty Bar - 1.35 oz Value $1.08
This soap smells SO GOOD! If you love coconut, I think this will be your new favorite soap bar!
Plus it's ingredient-conscious, made with fair trade virgin coconut oil, and didn't dry out my skin!
MISSHA Super Aqua Cell Renew Snail Hydro-Gel Mask - Value $6
This mask contains snail mucin and baobab tree extract that hydrates, heals, and soothes the skin while preventing it from aging. (I did my best not to think of the snail part when wearing it.)
I found it to be hydrating yet light, and I love that the mask comes in two parts so that you can make it fit your face perfectly. The fragrance is also light and clean. All-in-all, I enjoyed my first snail mask!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $13.26. I think that's good for a $7 beauty box. The soap bar, Skinfix, and mask made this box a winner for me.
