Rosie the Riveter Pint Glass Set of 2 - Retail Value $9.29
These glasses appeared in a Peaches and Petals box I reviewed earlier this year! Peaches and Petals and Monthly Mystery Box by Jamminbutter are run by the same company, so I'm not totally surprised to see overlapping items. (That's good to know if you're considering subscribing to both, though!) These glasses are perfect for anything from a big glass of water to a tall glass of beer. And I like the inspiring, iconic image on the front of each glass.
Village Naturals Therapy Aches + Pains Tension Relief Foaming Bath Soak, 36 oz - Retail Value $4.99 (Found here for $3.31)
Bath soaks are a nice way to rejuvenate my body in the cold months. This blend has an aroma that's got a little bit of a holiday vibe to it—the combination of juniper and orange give it the same kind of refreshing, wintry zip that a holiday cocktail has. And the menthol in this soak wakes you up while it soothes your skin.
Thermos Hot/Cold Container, 16 oz - Retail Value $17.95 (Found here for $5.99)
This is quite a chunky container for something that only holds 16 oz! I think that's because it's made of plastic rather than something more substantial? I'm not sure. It definitely sits securely on the counter, since it has such a wide base. And it's built to keep food or drinks at a warm for 4 hours or cold for 6, which is pretty good. I just wish it was a bit more slender! Something that I could put in my car cupholder would be so ideal!
Abio Rolling Penguins Salt and Pepper Shakers - Retail Price $7.22
How cute! Instead of passing the salt or pepper, these wind-up penguins let you zoom them along to your fellow diners. I feel like my current dinner table never holds enough people to necessitate rolling shakers, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to spend a bunch of time playing with these little guys! I forgot how fun wind-up toys can be! Plus, I'm from Pittsburgh, meaning these shakers will be perfect to have around while watching Penguins hockey games!
Diamond Home Large Salad Bowl Lunch Kit - Estimated Value $10.00
Funnily enough, this bowl was also in the Peaches and Petals box that included the Rosie the Riveter glasses! I couldn't find this brand online anywhere, so I just took a stab at the value. This bowl is made of relatively lightweight plastic, and the lid isn't the most secure. Still, it's so handy! There's a section for salad, a little tray to store toppings, a cup for dressing, and even a fork!
Thermos Can Cooler Bag - Estimated Value $12.99
I couldn't find this exact bag online, so I linked to a similar product. This pretty teal bag is super convenient for storing a six-pack's worth of cans, a few bottles, or a bunch of smaller snacks. It's got a thick lining inside that felt cool even just reaching inside of it straight out of the box! It zips shut, and the handles are reinforced with some kind of hard rods inside, meaning less chance of the bag ripping or sagging. This is definitely something I'll be using. I'll be way more confident carrying beers to a friend's house in this soft, sturdy bag rather than in a far-less-secure tote bag or backpack!
Verdict: As usual, my Monthly Mystery Box by Jamminbutter included a lot of surprisingly useful items! I think the insulating bag is my favorite—it'll be especially handy during the upcoming getting-together/party season. The salad bowl and glasses are nice, as well (even though I got them in another related subscription box already—hey, now I'm growing a set). My only so-so item was the big Thermos, just because it's so clunky. But that doesn't mean I won't bump into a time to use it!

- Big Thermos - $7.18
- Penguin shakers - $2.89
- Salad bowl - $4.00
