Nope, not happening. I would have been interested in this, but at this point I’m tired of all the BS I’ve been experiencing from Hut Group brands. I placed my order for the Look Fantastic advent calendar two months ago and I have yet to receive it!! They only just shipped it last week after I had to repeatedly contact their customer service (which is horrible, by the way). My Skinstore advent calendar was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago and I haven’t received that one either! And now after this Glossybox rituals bait and switch I am so done with this garbage. I’m too wary to place any more orders with these brands because I’m tired of dealing with their stress-inducing customer service and messed up shipping.

I will not support this company. Glossybox is a bait and we all need to come together and Stop supporting them. They do not value their customers. What they did with the Rituals order was wrong!!!

I totally understand where you are coming from Subscription Fanaticz. I also understand companies are not perfect. But this weekend showed a lot about this company. Talk is very cheap with me with companies. I saw a brief post that was finally made on their social media site (Glossy Box) about an hour ago. However, this is more than 48 hours after the incident. And until, the situation is corrected I will not funnel any money to either companies. I was quite surprised the number of people upset on the social medial outlets that were independent of MSA subscribers. And keep in mind, this post from Glossybox was made after one dissatisfied customer posted headquarters names and contact information so complaints could be made to the BBB, FTC, and one customer was looking at contacting the Attorney General of the state. According to the postings, this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. And, I have yet to receive an email that makes everything right, so again, not a good reflection on their part.

I used to subscribe to LookFantastic a year ago. After I had a problem with changing my address in the system, they told me they didn’t care if I ever received the boxes I had paid for and offered to stalk my previous mailman instead. How utterly adorable, no?

This would have been a box I would have been interested in. However, due to the Glossy Box disaster of cancelling customer’s orders on the Rituals products and then keeping the raised price of the box, I can’t in good faith purchase this box. Look Fantastic and Glossy Box are owned by the same company. I was hoping that they would have responded to their customer’s inquiries about this, but it appears that is not the case. I know there is many of us that were hugely disappointed and upset by their actions since Friday. Again, I don’t want to sour anyone’s purchasing, everyone has the right to purchase what they want to purchase. But, I am also going to be honest about my experiences because so many customers who were on limited budgets and took the time to order received a huge disappointment and we didn’t find out our orders were cancelled except from a fellow shopper who posted on this site, not the company. That is just wrong.

What all happened on Friday and since? I did read some stuff about it going through the posts here but like for once ever I wasn’t on here for a few hours & when I got back on I was so disappointed I missed the post for the 13.30$ on that rituals box and I certainly wasn’t the only one but now I’m reading they cancelled all the orders placed at the 13.30$ price? If that’s what happened that’s some bs for sure & makes me not get so excited about this Le box and wonder if I’m even gonna get it because trust me I want it but glossybox also ripped me off this summer with the 3 months @ 10$ a month deal! What happened exactly???

I’m with you Missy! I saw the post for the Rituals box sale, but I bought two already – when it first went on sale & with the Gilt sale a while ago.
I didn’t know this box and Glossy were owned by the same company. (One of the reasons I love this site!)
My dealing with Glossybox have all been positive, but I don’t think I’ve ever had to contact their customer service and I always pay using PayPal, and end my subscription agreement for GB with PayPal, after I end my sub through my GB account.
Too bad they didn’t just cut their loses with the boxes sold at $13.30…Seems they would have kept their customers happy and paying for future boxes.

I canceled Glossybox and they charged me anyway even though it’s clear on my account that I have no active sub. I didn’t know they had the same parent company so, thanks.
I have a bad taste in my mouth about LE boxes after the Boxy Glam BS anyway

Agree – if they’d emailed and apologized it would be less of a let down, but since that was my first experience with Glossybox it makes me wary.
