Look Fantastic Black Friday Boxes – Available Now!

I purchased the combination Advent Calendar and Limited Edition Black Beauty Box from the MSA coupon deal on Thanksgiving Day and have been told by Look Fantastic customer service in both the States and the UK that I will not receive the LE Black Box that was advertised together with the Advent Calendar with the discount code as it has sold out and is no longer in stock. I was one of the first to purchase all 3 and have been an LF subscriber for 2 years. These items were Christmas gifts. The other black box including the treats from past boxes I also purchased and it shipped the next day and I will most likely receive it by next week. What remains confusing to me is I purchased all 3 of the items as soon as it was offered and LF tells me they don’t have enough to guarantee I will receive part of the order. LF first told me it would ship on the 4th as of today they no longer have it in stock to send me. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue? LF continually kept sending out form update notices stating they would let me know when my order might ship. I contacted both the customer service teams in the UK and the States and The Customer Service team here in the States was more understanding about my frustration given I will not receive these items that were destined as Christmas gifts. I will most likely receive the Advent calendar eventually. I will say their Customer Service department did credit my account today due to their confusion. When speaking with their rep here she and her supervisor were both confused and perplexed by the situation and could not understand why I was not receiving my complete order. If anyone else has been told by LF they will not receive the lovely LE Black Box I would like to know. Liz, if you have heard anything about this situation with others can you look into this? Thanks. I received my box yesterday, but I don’t think the items are ‘completely random’ from May 16′ to Sept 17′ as advertised. I got the entire contents of the July 2017 box, for example, and only about 4 total boxes were represented.

I got the two makeup items from the July 2017, the rest was skincare or haircare. I estimated about $138rv for the selection I got.

Is the little black box really worth getting? Feels like it might be overpriced on purposed so people would buy the combination instead.

Less than $2 an item for the black box? Yes! Plus free shipping. What I don’t like can be a stocking stuffer, gift, donation, etc.

I really hope that eyeshadow from the latest box makes it’s way in – not high probability, but I can hope~!
