Look Fantastic Beauty Box December 2017 Theme + Spoiler!

Hello 👋 my name is Lori and I have an addiction to beauty boxes 😕🙌😍✨ I just signed up for this box cuz I’m looking for more luxe items and all the pretty stuff blinded me lol 😂 I just wanted to say that I am so looking forward to seeing how it goes… I’ve worked cs for over 25 years myself so I’m pretty sure I can handle any situations that may come up.. For now I’m doing it for a reason, I have a crappy family and normally spend the holidays alone. If I’m sent anything at all it’s from my niece and nephew and I’m really tired of dollar store body sprays & clearance table leftovers from Walmart if I’m lucky.. Especially when I spend 1/2 a year making (crocheting) gifts for each individual person plus a family heirloom and don’t even get a thank you, but I got a dollar store calendar for my troubles… That’s only part of the reasons why I prefer to skip the holidays altogether so I’m treating myself as little bit this year with sub boxes for me and my mom who takes care of me.. Sorry for the looooong response but I feel like I needed to get it all out, thank you for listening….

Thanks to all who posted. I don’t have any monthly box memberships right now and have been buying one-off deals here and there, but Look Fantastic has been tempting me since I might get stuff not sold in the US. However, all your bad LF stories has made me think twice- which is a good thing since I will never use everything I already have, even if I grew 5 more heads and lived forever!

Maybe the wonderland theme is because that is what their Advent calendar is.

The customer service for LF is slow but eventually the problem is fixed. Just keep on top of them and keep copies of your correspondence along with photos of damaged or incomplete boxes. In a year and a half I’ve had two problems. I got a ten pound credit for one and they replaced a broken Laura Gellar powder deluxe sample with a full size one in the color of my choice. If they don’t respond after two contacts go straight to the Hut Group for resolution.

Look fantastic is a nightmare with horrible customer service. My credit card company is now having to fight for me because they took my money, sent me an incomplete order with 4 items damaged 1 item missing and wouldn’t do anything about it.
I’ve never had an issue with glossybox that wasn’t resolved even it it took some time for them to answer.

I’ve had nothing but problems with lookfantasitc and I signed up for a year after it was hyped on this site.

I hate this! Look Fantastic is one of my favorite boxes, no complaints! Glossybox literally took my money and customer service laughed about it (after a 6 week wait for a reply on my box returned to them). I was really hoping the Hut Group would raise glossy box up. Instead it appears they are dragging Look Fantastic down.😞😞

So far I’m not that interested. Bubble T is mainly bath bombs and I don’t do baths. I didn’t buy the Rituals box and wasn’t aware of the canceling of all orders. Wow! What a mess!!! They have some explaining to do.

Is that gonna be the actual box we will receive because I don’t like it. I mean they could do all kind of things with that nice box, different colors schemes, a bow, etc but instead their gonna put some funky white text on the front that says “beauty in wonderland “???

I wanted this box sub until the glossybox x Rituals box issue.. Not giving them a dime after this unacceptable issue.

The packaging is nice, but until the Glossy Box rituals fiasco is explained and my money is refunded, I am putting my sub to Look Fantastic on hold. Not being bitter, but because the two companies are owned by the same company and intertwined, I need to get answers from their company as to what the heck happened. That is not cool.

Sounds lovely. I just hope it’s not for a bath. I don’t do baths but I’d take a shower gel anyday!
