Buyer beware. This company takes forever to ship and then doesn’t answer emails or communicate why there is a delay. Where are the Encore 5th Avenue Purple boxes 2nd Edition? Seems no one has gotten shipping on them and they were suppose to ship the week of October 15! A month later no emails on the status or communication. Not a good way to treat your customers.

I still do not have my autumn box that I have a receipt from June 16th for!!! I am turning this company in to my credit card and asking for my money back. No response from them. Terrible company. Today is NOVEMBER 15.

Agreed. My LE Autumn box hasn’t shipped yet either. This was my first purchase with the company. Very disappointing. I read positive reviews on this site before purchasing, maybe this is just a VERY delayed box. I just wanted to add another “buyer beware” note.

The Autumn box was supposed to ship the week of Sept 27th, and nothing yet. I wonder if I’ll get my autumn box by Xmas, and my winter box by Valentine’s Day.

Agree that this company is great for disclosing all the terms and conditions of the travel upfront. Luxor did not do this.

I’d really like another spoiler for the Limited Edition winter box! I can’t figure out how there are 4-5 products in each box, yet 3 of the 4 spoilers have been jewelry/accessories; and they only pick one of your choices from that category! There’s one wallet/coin purse type spoiler so far too for the 4th spoiler, which I don’t care for. That means I have exactly one product picked out, a watch. What are the other 3-4 products supposed to be??

Yes, I’ve been waiting for more spoilers too! (And a black Friday deal…) I know I want the watch, but it would be nice to have something else guaranteed that I would like so I could justify splurging on it. 🙂 I’m not fond of the Inden – it looks very high quality and is leather, which is great, but it’s just not quite my personal style. So I am hoping for another bag or clutch spoiler that has something more to my taste. 🙂

Unlike Luxor Box, at least 5th avenue discloses all the terms and limitation of the travel voucher in advance. Thumbs up on this!!

Right? it’s amazing the difference full disclosure makes. At least now you can decide if you’re willing to jump through the hoops for that travel. If you are, awesome. If you aren’t, just hope that the rest of your box is to your liking/you know not to buy the box for the trip.

If you read the link for the box, you can go to the restrictions and rules of the voucher.
Not a horrible deal but you do have to jump through hoops a bit. They are sending the exact same ones out with the luxor boxes too. Same company and all. as a side note, these vouchers cost between $30 and $100 to give out depending on how many you buy.
