I actually had skipped this month but after I got the email I just unsubbed completely. Nothing in this box for spoilers excites me. I don’t want an owl towel, or a pen, and definitely not a bracelet. I loved this box, but I’m not excited about the changes so I let it go
I’ve actually gotten 2 pens from sub boxes! One was from mission cute and the other I don’t remember but it’s pink with a sprinkle donut on top! I donut know where it’s from.. 😛
I’m very confused about this month’s box. If I am a subscriber, do I get this box? I can’t tell from their emails if I need to purchase this box again or if I’ll be getting it. I received an email over the weekend saying they need to hear from me by the end of day today so I logged into my account and there is nowhere for me to indicate that I would like to keep going with them moving forward. Am I simply supposed to reply to the marketing email? IDK…confused.
If you are already a subscriber, don’t do anything. I too was confused by the email – so I ordered the box. After I realized I made a mistake, I emailed them. They replied within minutes and credited my account for the 2nd box. Looks like a great box.
I got the same email. It said my billing date was for October 15, and they needed to bill me now if I wanted the October box. I emailed them back and said yes please bill me now. It wasn’t confusing, the email stated they needed to move up billing and to respond back to them.
