It was a double treat month for Loot Pets!

Each delivery comes with an information card detailing the items inside.

Star Trek: TNG Borg Cube Squeak Toy – Value $10?

There was one toy this month and it featured Star Trek!

This squishy plush cube was made after the Borg Cube – squick down hard enough and you’ll find the squeaker inside.

It was too big for Buckles to really enjoy – it’ll be passed off to Penelope.

Heartbeat Bytes Treats – Value $10?

The only bag of treats this month are small little chicken bites.

They’re even shaped like tiny hearts.

These are great for training – or getting your dog to be in the correct spot when taking his photo!

Loot Pets Peanut Butter Cookie – Value $5?

You’ll get a big ol’ peanut butter cookie as the second treat.

The cookie is actually pretty soft – it was easy to break off a little piece for Buckles to enjoy.

I mean, look at those eyes. I have the same reaction to peanut butter.

He made sure to vacuum up all of the little pieces left over on the table!

Collapsible Bowl – Value $10?

The final item is this little collapsible bowl. I’m going to clip this onto my backpack because you never know when you’ll need it!

Verdict: Both treats were loved by Buckles, the bowl is super practical for us, but the cube was too big for our dog – 3 out of 4 ain’t bad on this one, especially since the toy was gifted. At $20, the price is good for a dog box, and so far, they’ve hit over the value rather frequently – s I think it’s a good option for geeky dogs.

  1. I was SO disappointed with this box. I was really hoping that it would have a star trek collar or dog costume, but there wasn’t a wearable at all! The toy totally could have been DATA or a borg, but it was a lame borg cube, which was too big for my dog anyway. Total waste of money. This was my first loot pet, and I won’t be buying one again.

In my opinion, the value you put on all the items is WAY too high. That borg toy was a dollar store piece of junk, and the collapsible bowl wasn’t worth more than a couple of dollars. The peanut butter cookie was not at all worth five dollars, and the treats valued at $10 is way over, too.

  2. I have a miniature poodle named skye and she looks just like buckles ! So cute!

  3. I skipped this month & im glad I did. Nothing works for my Dane & weim. The frisbee from last month was in pieces within 10 min. 😕

  4. My baby is about the same size and the toy was too big for her too. I’m putting this whole box up for swap if anyone is interested. My dogs are super picky with their treats and I just purchased a bunch. Either way, I still love my loot pets and daily dog bag of goodies for the price vs. other boxes they do a good job!

  5. Those eyes, adorable! Buckles, I look at peanut butter like that too. 😀

    • I know! I love that pic of buckles! Adorable!

  6. Our dog is about the same size as yours, and he LOVED that toy. He plays with it every day! It isn’t too big for him because it smooshes easily. He’s obsessed with the squeaker inside. This was a great box. Our cookie was broken up even more than yours though, lol.

  7. I cannot handle Buckles and his little short legs, oh my goodness. Any idea what breed he is, Eric?

    • He’s a cairn terrier/poodle mix
