  1. Warning: This company is a scam. Do not send them your credit card information.

    • I totally agree! They scammed me out of one box! Make sure all your correspondence is through your email and not their website otherwise you’ll have no proof, when they inevitably rip you off!

  2. BUYER BEWARE!!! I never recieved last months Box, I have emailed customer service since everyone else had been receiving their boxes…finally get a tracking number and the box looks like it’s coming to NJ, NOPE somehow it gets delivered in DALLAS TX….can’t explain it except to say I still have no Box, radio silence on their end and I’m out he money and just would like a refund but since I paid for everything upfront, I feel like an idiot!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  3. Ordered in the first ten days of August. Never sent an email requesting customization or anything. Still haven’t received shipping information despite CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY. NO BOX, BUT CARD CHARGED IN FULL. STILL, NO BOX, NO REFUND THAT I’M AWARE.

    I looked at my account and they have the NERVE TO HAVE IT SET TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD $150.00 MORE IN OCTOBER for the Fall Box 3.2 despite me not haven’t received the now-out-of-season 3.1 Box that I did not get the any customization choices like everyone else got to choose. It is only fair to treat all customers the SAME. At this point, It is stating that subscriptions start with 3.2.

    Well, I finally get a response DAYS later asking if I want the 3.1 box. Ummm…no. I want the current box and if there are customization options, I want to be able to choose during that window time frame.

    It is absolutely amazing that some customers here are getting tracking within an hour. I shouldn’t be receiving tracking now because I shouldn’t be receiving any box until October, so that makes sense for me, now. There also shouldn’t be any charges on my credit card in October since I’ve already paid in full for a box but didn’t receive one.

    If I do, in fact, receive the 3.2 box, it will be the last. I will wish Oui Please a prosperous future, and wish all of their customers a good experience. There were bells ringing for me, unfortunately.

    • How is it “out of season” if you just ordered it 2 weeks ago? Secondly, the “nerve to set it…to charge again in October”….it’s a recurring sub so of course it’s set up to charge again UNLESS YOU CANCEL. Box 3.1 is the only “current” box until October. Not sure why you are having so much trouble understanding the terms you signed up under. You subbed late which is likely why you didn’t get the option to choose. Whatever the reason for the “delay”, accept the current box, wait for October, or cancel. Maybe calm down because it’s not that serious.

      • Love to you. Unsure what you’re not understanding that I have paid for a box that I didn’t receive. Maybe calm down because it’s not your credit card set to pay for another box when you hadn’t received your first one.

        Very uncivilized. It’s not a box that I need because I travel to Paris often.

    • Came back to update my comment with a compliment for this company’s customer service. I’ll let the response I received speak for itself, which was totally unnecessary except…

      It was the typical issue with emails and texts. It is hard to hear the inflection of voice, delay of response, etc.

      Everything is set. Everything is good. I have nothing but compliments for everything finally being resolved in less than a week. It just took time.

  4. I have an annual sub and both my boxes have arrived on time w tracking so far. Crossing my fingers i never get a missing box.

  5. I bought box 10, was able to use the oui40 code and had a fedex tracking number an hour later. I have my hopes up …

  6. They’re selling the items I needed replaced – but haven’t responded to me yet! Buyer beware. It looks nice but not guaranteed it’ll be delivered.
