When you open the box, the first thing you see is this postcard with the map of Neverland on the front which was obviously my first clue as to what other things I would find inside the box. On the back of the card, there is a list of all of the products included, always helpful to have.
Peter Pan Coffee Mug - Value $12.99? (Price based on similar product)
Everyone loves a mug, right?! This cute mint colored mug with the ultimate Peter Pan phrase on it “Never Grow Up”. Classic mug shape in a whimsical design.
Wendy Darling Inspired Nail Polish by Pure Aurora - Value $7.50? (Price based on similar product)
This handmade nail polish from an Etsy seller Pure Aurora (exclusive to Kal-Elle) is a pretty silver/blue sparkly color. Very funky and cool. I personally prefer non-sparkles, but I think for New Year’s Eve or some other occasion, I would try it out!
Peter Pan Magnet - Value $2.99?
This is a pretty thin magnet, similar to one you would maybe get for free somewhere. I couldn’t find anything comparable online, so be aware that this price is a total guess based on my opinion of the quality. I don’t buy magnets, so they are nice to receive so I can hang stuff on my fridge.
Peter Pan and Wendy Necklace - Value $11.90? (Price based on similar product)
This necklace is really cute. It’s silver (not genuine) with the silhouettes of both Peter and Wendy on it. The quality is okay, not super sturdy, but not too bad either. I am not a fan of Peter Pan, well not enough to wear any sort of Peter Pan themed item so I will probably gift this one.
Neverland Charm Bracelet - Value $19.95? (Price based on similar product)
This simple and cute charm bracelet features 5 charms: a small green gem, feather, two stars, and a pendant that reads “Off to Neverland”. This style is really popular right now! As I said earlier, I probably won’t wear this though, as I am not a fan, but it would be great to gift.
Thimble Earrings - Value $8.00? (Price based on similar product)
I love the subtlety of these earrings! I think because I am not a fan, I like these because if you sew these would also be really relevant. Of course, I don’t sew, but I know plenty of people who do and would love these earrings. These are about the same quality as the other jewelry items.
4x6 Art Print - Value $5.00?
Lastly, there are two prints included in this month’s box because according to the note on the list of products, they just couldn’t choose between the two so they included both. This one is a watercolor image of Captain Hook.
4x6 Art Print - Value $5.00?
The other print included in this box is this one of the Lost Boys all dressed up and ready to fight! Both of these prints are printed on regular photo paper and are 4"x6" which means you can buy regular picture frames for them!
Verdict: Unfortunately as I am not a fan of Peter Pan, this box really didn’t do much for me. I thought the assortment was pretty good and the quality is okay too. The overall cost of the box (including shipping) is $22.50 with the estimated value coming in at $73.33. Now, I did guess on some of the prices so this may be slightly inflated, but overall this is a pretty darn good return on investment.
