I appreciate that LuxePineapple included an information page describing each item and why it was selected. This month’s LuxePineapple box featured woman-owned small businesses and summer-inspired items.

Roxy Grace Body Wash in Frisky - 8.45 fl.oz.  Value $6

Roxy Grace is a Connecticut-based company specializing in natural bath and body products. This body wash is sodium lauryl sulfate-free and made of all-natural ingredients, and like their other products, I think it’s very reasonably priced. It has a light and fresh orangey-citrus scent and it’s very gentle. My skin was left hydrated and clean! I received the "Frisky" version, but subscribers could have received Frisky, Juicy, or Fresh.

Sarah Welch Hand-Thrown, Glazed Mini Stoneware Bowl¾” tall by 2” wide - Value $6

This little bowl is small and sturdy. The info card also mentioned that each of them is “individually thrown and glazed, so no two are ever exactly the same”. It is also lead-free and microwave and dishwasher safe. I am not sure how I’ll make use of it yet (maybe a sauce bowl?), but I think it’s a cute versatile decorative piece.

LuxePineapple Collection Silver Pineapple Necklace - Value $13?

I couldn’t find an exact item online so I’m linking to a similar item instead. This silver necklace is about 16.5” long, and it looks very delicate and dainty. Since I don’t really wear anything silver, I plan to gift this necklace to someone I know who’s a big pineapple fan.

Gold Foil Card from Oh Hello Friend - Value $4.50

This card is printed with gold foil letters, and it is blank inside. My card has a quote saying “You alone are enough, you have nothing to prove to anybody”, which is exactly the encouraging message I need right now! It is very well made and I think I’m going to frame it and put it on my office desk. Note that subscribers will receive either this design or another variation.

Exclusive Oh Hello Friend Gold Foil Watch - Value $18

This watch comes with a black leather-like band and a gold foil message that reads “You’re Legit." (Subscribers will get either this design or another similar one.) The band length is 9.5” and it’s almost too small for my wrist. It doesn’t have any number indicators so time-telling can be tricky, however, I’m currently in need of a watch, so I’ll probably be using it anyway. You can also find their watch collection with a daily reminder print here

Verdict: This month’s LuxePineapple Post has a value of $47.50, which is almost double the cost of the box! I think it’s great for a box dedicated to small, women-owned businesses. I am happy with my items because they are different from what I receive in every other box and because they're a great combination of beauty, home, and jewelry items. I will make a good use out of everything!

Jira discovered the world of subscription boxes when she first moved to New York in 2017 (subscription box is not a thing in her home country!). Thanks to MSA, she's now subscribed to almost 10 beauty and lifestyle boxes, with FabFitFun, BeautyFIX, and Clean Beauty Box as her favorites. Ps. Her boyfriend thinks that she's only subscribed to Ipsy, so please keep this a secret between us ;-)

I love the glazed stoneware bowl the most but I love almost all stoneware. I like the necklace too 🍍

Before anyone makes a comment about how this is not “luxe”, please note the name is meant to be cute, not literal. This is not a luxe box. Just check the price. It’s meant to be fun.
