Here's the information that came inside the Foot Steps envelope. I always like when subscriptions have a charitable aspect to them, and that definitely seems like one of the main selling points for this brand.
USA Crew Socks
These socks were so perfect for the 4th of July. The socks are made from a poly-cotton blend that feels a little stiffer than other socks I've seen. They're supposed to have a more athletic design, so I suppose the tighter, more supportive fit is part of that. I found them really cozy and thick—they really hug your feet. They give off a bit of a dad-at-a-picnic vibe, which I personally find kind of silly and fun. I'm tempted to wear them with sandals to my next summer barbecue, hehe.
Verdict: These socks weren't the most stylish, but they were super fun and really nice quality. I'd say they're more about function than form—they seem like the sort of socks you'd find at an athletic shoe store, which makes sense given the connection to Your City Sports. $12.99 is more than I'd typically pay for a pair of socks, but I don't mind paying a little extra when it's going towards a great cause.
What do you think of the July 2017 Foot Steps pack?
