This is a review of the Bootaybag "Mix it Up", $12 a month, box. Just FYI, I signed up for the size large package. (I usually wear a size 10 in jeans and pants or a large in letter sizes. I've got a curvier figure on my bottom half, too, so large it is!)

White Lace Boyshort
These undies are so pretty! They're a really icy white, as opposed to an ivory or warmer tone. The horizontal stripes going around the panties have a bit of a sheen to them, too, which makes these feel a bit more "special occasion." They're really sturdy for a pair of lace and mesh undies, with a second layer of mesh across the front for a bit more oomph. Hard waistbands tend to pinch into my squishier hips, which doesn't bother me unless I'm wearing them under something that needs a smooth silhouette—I prefer something with a wider band or better yet, a lace waistband. But these are so pretty and light that I'm sure they'll find their way under a breezy summer dress.
These are best described as a boyshort, but they're a little on the cheeky side around the back. They do offer more hip coverage, which tends to make for a smoother silhouette on me.
Black Lace Cheeky Panty
This pair of black undies is a borderline thong. It's pretty light on coverage, but the broadness of lace and mesh on the back is just enough to really toe the line. The waistband isn't ideal for me, but I love the subtle stripes running through the lacy fabric—they're not too precious, as some lacy looks can be. The fabric feels surprisingly sturdy, and the scalloped lacy edges are just the kind I like. (They tend to lay flatter and more neatly.)
Verdict: I was really happy with this month's BootayBag! The two styles end up being about $6.00 each, given the $12.00 cost of the subscription, and that's just about how much I end up paying for undies at the store. I like the quality and thus far, the fit is pretty good (though I do wish the waistbands were a bit more forgiving). I'm so happy to be growing my collection of pretty panties!
