Now, on to the items!

Medusa's Lipstick in YOLO - Value $12

This shade is bold in the tube, but it goes on somewhat sheer, so you can layer it to get as much look as you want.

It's a creamy formula with a semi-matte finish. Not drying at all! (Swatched in lower photo.)

Medusa's Makeup Totally Baked Eyeshadow in Tubular - Value $9

This emerald green eyeshadow is well-pigmented with lots of shimmer - exactly what I've come to expect from Medusa's Makeup Eyeshadows!

(Swatched in lower photo.)

Medusa's Makeup Eye Dust in Jail Bait - Value $8

Medusa's Makeup is known for their eye dust - and this one definitely lives up to the hype! The loose powder is super fine, and the shimmer and pigment is fantastic!

Medusa's Makeup Lip & Cheek Stain in Raven - Value $8

Word of warning - this container was really tough to open!

Unlike most Medusa's Makeup products, the color in this stain is much more subdued. It's more like a wash of color. Here it is swatched underneath the lipstick, eyeshadow, and eye dust:

Verdict: This box has a value of $37. I think that's great for a $15.95 beauty box that sends full-size vegan beauty products with free shipping. This is a great way to try out Medusa's Make-Up at a deep discount. And if you are intimidated by some of the colors on the Medusa's Make-Up site like I am, this is a perfect for testing them out!

Yea Bonnie!!!! My feelings exactly. No rules ever for makeup. Wear what you like. I hate when someone plays the age card, especially. I am 57 and I can rock anything!!

I love these products. I have all the eye dusts that are not matte and all the electro shades in the formed shadows as well as many glitters. I recommend using their fix it to help with keeping g the eye dust on and it deepens the pressed shadow colors. The lips colors are lighter than they appear but they are now better pigmented without going overboard in color. I’m not impressed with their lip and cheek stain as the color is so sheer. And their colors, while they made look bold have minimal to non-existent color payoff. For the most part I love this box, it’s like paying full price for one item and then getting three others for an extra $1 to $2 each.

Important for me: I like it when the review are done before the end of the month so I know whether or not to order the box because I have so many of their products and I want to avoid duplicates. The May box wasn’t reviewed until June and that was a box I could have used and not had duplicates. They send the current month in the month you purchase so if I buy this sub tomorrow I will still get the June box. It is easy to cancel and re new with this sub.

Pretty colors! I’m not sure if they’d look good on me but the lipstick and both eye shadows are gorgeous! I might be able to pull them off…

Of course they would. I firmly believe that anyone can rock any color they like as long as they style it well and have confidence. Except for skin tone cosmetics, like foundation and concealer, I don’t believe there are any colors that someone can’t look great in.
