Now, on to the items!
This shade is described as a “mauve pink nude,” and I think it’s my dream color. (It reminds me of my regular go-to lip color, Stila Liquid Lip in Patina.)
The formula dries matte, and the pigment is outstanding. But the most impressive part is the staying power. This REALLY stays put! Now I’m thinking of buying the Lovestruck lipliner to go with this as well.
Here it is swatched:
And this is a brand that we rarely see in subscription boxes (especially full sized) so I thought this was a great addition to the box!
FABY Nail Laquer in Italian Holidays – Value $12
This vegan nail polish is 5-free, and it delivers a high-shine creme in two coats.
The color is a bold and summery tangerine. Here it is on:
Gemtye – Value $28
This is a custom-designed, dual-purpose hairband and bracelet made exclusively for the box. Subscribers will receive either a black or turquoise enamel heart charm on a black cord.
Subscribers also got a chance to select their color preference before May 30th. (If you signed up after that time period, Love Goodly will select the color for you.)
Here it is on:
New Chapter Perfect Hair Skin & Nails – (15 Capsules) Value $15
Here is the description of what these
The Astaxanthin in Perfect Hair, Skin & Nails activates energy at the cellular level, revitalizing your skin from within and protecting your cells from damage.* Astaxanthin is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve your skin’s elasticity, and maintain your youthful appearance.* Fermented Biotin builds Keratin, the durable protein required for strong nails and healthy hair.*
I’ve noticed an increase in beauty supplements in boxes over the past year, and I’m all about it. (I take collagen powder daily.) Hopefully, this works well for me and I can notice a difference in 15 days.
Fred + Far Enamel Pin – Value $12
I’ve seen this pin in several subscription boxes lately. It’s a diamond shaped enamel pin, designed to promote self-love. (It connects back to their Self Love Pinky Ring.)
Verdict: This box has a value of about $87! I think that’s great for a $30 vegan lifestyle box! The Kat Von D lipstick makes this box a hit for me, and everything else I consider a great deal for the remaining $10 cost of the box.
What do you think of the June/July Love Goodly box?
(Also good to know – with each box and purchase, Love Goodly donates a portion of the proceeds to these charities).
