Glossybox must be hemorrhaging members, they’re making new offers every other day!
Based on my recent personal experience with them, I was extremely frustrated by the lack of communication too. Multiple emails & a never answered phone line fueled my anger. However someone here suggested posting a message on their IG acct. because it usually gets their attention FAST. It worked, & since then they have been very attentive.
GB informed me they were going thru growing pains & in the process of hiring more employees. They were trying to keep all the balls in the air, but not quite succeeding. I believe they are aware they’re f*cking up big time.
I ordered the May box when they offered it at slash rate, & stayed on for June because I liked the spoilers. I also got one of their previous boxes during the Memorial Day sale. I have to say so far, they’re batting 1000 with me product wise!
I did cancel after the June box, however because of the mess I experienced prior to getting my acct. cleared up.
Now, I’m glad I did! I can get 3 months for a little more than the price of 1!
BTW, I was told by GB that I would definitely want to come back for July…. I really think they are making an effort to satisfy their existing customer base as well as attract new ones.
