So Susan Cosmetics Liquid Matte in ‘Peach Nude’ - Value $14

This formula is highly pigmented with a matte finish. It has pretty great staying power, too. (Swatched in lower photo.)

jelly pong pong Wonder Gleam Blush Palette - Value $38

This is one of my favorite palettes ever! It is just gorgeous!

All these shades are super shimmery with excellent pigment.

The set includes High Beam (pearlescent gold), Rose Beam (pearlescent rose gold), and Sweet Beam (cool rose with a highly pearlescent finish).

So Susan Buffing Brush - Value $24.95

This is an excellent stippling brush! The bristles are soft and densely packed. (If I'm not using my beauty blender to apply foundation, I'm using a brush like this, so I'm happy to have a new one!)

Trifle Cosmetics Sugar Bunny Lip Scrub - Value $17.95

This sugar lip scrub is made with vanilla and sweet almond oil, and strawberry flavoring. So, it basically tastes like strawberry shortcake!

Aside from tasting delicious, it works well, too!

Limited Edition Makeup Bag - Value $12

Every month includes a makeup bag. In the past, the bags have been canvas, but this year they transitioned to a water/spill proof plastic material. I really liked the canvas bags, but I like this version even more - it's very practical for makeup!

And it is lined inside!

Verdict: This month's So Susan Lip Love bag has a value of about $107! I think that value is fantastic for a $21 ingredient-conscious beauty subscription box. The lip color isn't a good shade for me, but besides that this month's box is perfect. (I don't even care that they sent a highlighter palette last month - I love this new one so much!

If you are looking for a vegan, ingredient conscious makeup subscription, I can't recommend this one enough. The value is great, the formulas are great, and the bonus bag is always super cute!

This is my first bag. It did not come with the description card. Honestly, everything in this set looks and feels like 99 cent store goods, except the brush. The blush palette is ok, but who needs lip scrub and ugly gloss. I don’t believe their stated prices. This is NOT worth $20 even. I feel like I wasted my money. Live and learn.

Yes, I threw the lipstick in the trash this time. It was so ugly I cannot imagine it looking good on anyone..but I do really like the blush combo and lip scrub. The makeup brush seems to be of good quality also..so all in all the box was worth it!

Jordan, this coupon won’t reduce the total of your sub, it just should say “successfully added” and then you just wait and hope the free bag would show up. That what happened to me. However, based on previous comments, they send this bag and the end of your sub, I sign up for 6 month, so I won’t see my free bag for loooong time, if ever.
Some people called CS and was successful to convince them to send free bag earlier without waiting for the end of sub.

I got my first bag yesterday. The high beam in my Jelly Pong Pong palette was completely broken, which royally frustrated me. I can salvage it, but I was frustrated because that is probably the only color I’d use in the palette. Other than that, I love the items and I’m looking forward to the May bag.

Use the other colors as eyeshadow shades! They work great blended with deeper shades.

Snap a pic and e-mail their customer service. I received a quick response when one of my products arrived damaged.

I just love my bag. The highlighter trio is my absolute favorite.
The lip gloss is ok but I noticed this color all over the runways. I’m getting use to it. I love the staying power.
What a fabulous brush. Great quality, I’ve used it everyday now. My favorite brush.
I’m loving my So Susan bags!
Oh and lip exfoliator is delicious and works like a champ!
I have to say I’ve never had a problem with customer service or defective products. Never

I agree, this sub is fantastic (my favorite next to BeautyFix)! I have received a damaged product, but CS was quick to respond and resolve!

Just a warning – I was happy with my first bag, but my second bag was DEFECTIVE. They asked for photos and I sent it to them. The customer service rep wanted me to PAY AT MY OWN EXPENSE to send it back to them with insurance and tracking. I thought that was really bad customer service and I let them know they should be paying to exchange it because they should not have sent defective items to begin with. They wouldn’t help me and basically said it’s not their problem, so I asked to cancel (paid for 6 months) and they refused. They’ve been a NIGHTMARE to deal with. I’ve even reached out through social media, and they just don’t care.

I LOVE the Sugar Bunny Lip Scrub!! I was about to put it up for swap, since I’m happy with the lip scrub I have (ChapStick), but something made me sniff it, then try it, and it is AMAZING! My lips felt so soft and smooth, even the next morning!

Does anyone else have a problem with the smell of the bags? Very strong plastic-y / chemical-y smell, and I’ve been trying to air them out since the first one… January? I especially love the colors and message on this month’s bag, but I can’t use them until I can get the smell out.

Yeah these bags are so awful smell- wise. They are off- gassing petro chemicals…not a fun scent. I hang mine on the clothes line outside for a few days and let the wind and fresh air give them a chance to air out. It helps remove 90% of the odor.

Yes I agree the bags have a very strong vinyl smell that doesn’t go away. I have given all 3 so far that I have received away. Wish they would go back to canvas.

Same here! The lip color isn’t right for me but I love everything else. The brush is great quality and the lip scrub works better than any others I’ve tried. And of course, the palette is just gorgeous.

HI, I go the peach nude. However it tastes like cheap grape candy with some rubber tire thrown in. Has anyone experienced this with the same color or same line.

All the lip glosses taste the same. Someone described it as a detergent flavor and I have to agree. It’s a shame because the formula is amazing in every other way. The bags have such a high value though that without the gloss it is still a good value.
