POPSUGAR sent this to me early so I can answer any questions you might have about it.

Pack your waterside essentials in this splash-proof zip pouch. The print will encourage you to get on island time and will protect your snacks, sea salt spray, and hat. You can also use it to store your wetsuit, dirty gym clothes, or other essentials as you run around town.

This pouch is made from 100% coated Tyvek, so it is splash proof. (They don't call it waterproof, since you can't submerge it in a pool for example, and expect there to be no leaks onto any items inside the bag.)

But it is perfect to use as a swimsuit bag, makeup bag, beach clutch, etc.

The material has a crinkly feel, but it is still pretty soft. And it measures 11.5" across x 2" wide x 8.5" tall so it can store a lot. Here it is with a few items to give you a better sense of scale:

I wish PopSugar would stop assuming that we all live near beaches or pools. I’m in Colorado…the only pools around are community pools, and are usable for probably less than half the summer considering all the thunderstorms we get. All of the beachy stuff just gets tossed.

SUPER CUTE to go with the straw bag with pom poms from the LE summer box, and Lem Lem cover up from last year! Need cute flip flops, and tassel earrings now!

For last summer I didn’t have any bags like this. I get my first one in FFF and I love it. Perfect for my pool bag. Then I get a second one from Sephora sun safety kit which I love. So this will make #3. I’m sure I will use all 3. I just think it’s funny that I went from zero to three in a few weeks, none of which I bought outright.

I think the mermaid item will be those new mermaid blankets. They are very inexpensive so they could get a great deal buying in bulk. Those would be very cute as a gift to a younger female.

I think the mermaid item will be either Salt Spray for your hair or some type of Cosmetic item. Thinking metallic or glitter based. Possibly even a holographic type nail polish

My guess was that it might be one of the Kitsch Mermaid pouches-like the hair tie pouch since they have used Kitsch products before.????

Super excited !! I have an old freebie bikini bag from Victoria secret that has well served me. I wish this was a darker color because I manage to stain things up at the beach but I’m happy with this ! These waterproof bags are a saviour when on vaction at a resort where all You need is a bag with your key card , phone and money. Yay- now I just hope the book will be something good ! I haven’t been disappointed yet. And the mermaid theme totally has me! Can’t wait to see what it is – hopefully something cute !!!!

I’ve been loving most of my items from my sub boxes lately. I think the bag is great. As much traveling as I do you can never have too many. But I am getting tired of swapping with people who are negative and stingy. I swap because I want to try and get something to someone who wants it and will use it and in return I can get something I can use. Plus it makes me happy to make others happy. Some people actually have reasons for needing items that are beyond the everyday.

I’m not sure where all the negativity on others swapping styles is coming from in this post? It does take 2 to agree on a deal, and if you are not happy, just move to the next person! I just wanted to say, I’ve had amazing swapping experiences so far. Most people are very fair, ship quickly, package beautifully and include little extras. Some are so very thoughtful too. Maybe I’ve just been lucky so far, but I have been more than pleased with EVERY swap that I have done. I find this group to be so amazing. Thank you to Everyone that I have swapped with and MSA for creating this wonderful community of addicts❤️

I agree with both of you.. I have talked to some of the most awesome women here; Kind, welcoming and had great swaps with them. It does take 2 to agree to a swap but not to attempt one. Some times you get bombarded with people who are stingy and unrealistic about certain items or get attitude/weird and despite your positive successful past swaps these people get you frustrated.. so definitely goes both ways 🙂 I think if both people have the same swap style then it goes smoothly..

When I get a really good swap I like to go though their profile of followed items (stalker style haha) and match it with samples I have as a surprise for them when they get their package from me. I also put a little thank you note, as well. #GoodSwapJuJu LOL

I paused my scrolling to grab a drink and saw the bracelets before the pouch and I got SOOOO excited. The pouch it cute and definitely fits with the summer theme, but those bracelets…. <3

I really like the bag, although I do think its hilarious that if there are multiple colors of something Popsugar will send the blue version, every time.

For the people who are hoping that the nail polish and bracelets are the other spoilers- I looked around the Aloha website and that hand with that nail polish and bracelets is in multiple pictures holding Aloha products, so I am pretty sure that that is just an Aloha promo picture, not a picture that Popsugar took. (Although its too bad if thats the case, because I also loved the bracelets.)

Vast improvement over my current pouch for beach stuff which is a dollar tree pencil case.

Though on the plus side, the touch screen works through the clear plastic on the Dollar tree case, so I can change music without worrying about it getting splashed or sandy

PS seems to be getting a little desperate. A value spoiler, a theme spoiler, and now a product spoiler so early? Not to mention the totally abnormal random sale? I bet a ton of the black Friday subs are ending and not being renewed.

I wish people weren’t so quick to judge the spoilers. I feel like it takes away some of the fun to have so many negative comments before we have the chance to see our stuff in person.

I agree! I get not liking items or boxes, and I’m glad when people share bad experiences with CS or billing as those can help other people out. But if people just don’t like the items, I really wish they wouldn’t complain so much. Let the people who like it enjoy!

I agree. I’ve been super happy with this sub so far and the cost per item comes out to be really low even if you’re paying $40/month. If ppl don’t like their items they can swap or choose not to resub. Just MO.

Grossly inflated value. Just cancelled last month and was going to re-sub but definitely not. The FFF Milly bags were also elevated RV but they’ve been AMAZING and are high quality. C’mon Popsugar….

I think this bag looks way better than the bags with silly sayings on them. I swapped my Milly pouch. This one will be perfect to take to the community pool this summer to stash our wet suits in. Maybe I’m just easy to please but I’m looking forward to this and whatever else comes in the box

I live in Hawaii and these bags are sold everywhere in high-end boutiques. I already own a couple and my subscription ran out in May but I’m thinking I’ll sign up just to get this bag! They a really are sold in stores for that price out here. They’re really popular to use at the beach. We’ll have a surf session and change out of our suits to clothing and put the wet stuff in this bag. I love and use all of mine.

Thank you! It messes with the swaps so bad when they put these insane “values” on things.. *coughs* $100 Tribe Alive clutch *coughs* LOL because then people want to swap things like this for products that you actually pay for in the store. Add-Ons are the same problem, if not worse. Add this “$150” item to your box for $29 then they put it up for swap and want $150 worth of your stuff for it.. Ridiculous and stingy.. Just NO.

Sorry but $150 whatever you added on for $30 is NOT a fair swap. I get it, if it is apples to apples where the mark up is even; like FFF to FFF item or Box of Style to Box of Style.. But when people are trying to swap those things with a “RV” mark up for that same amount of products that actually do cost that much its ridiculous..

I’ve had quite a few swaps that didn’t go through bc of this.. I just had one swap not go through bc the girl wanted a Luna Foreo and A LOT of other products for a bracelet that Walmart (of all places LMAO) was selling for $20.. And when I told her Walmart had it, she got mad but I’m like I’m not giving you over $100 worth of product for a $20 bracelet!

**This is just MO.. I’m sure a lot of people will disagree with me on this, but I’ve been frustrated with it and needed to vent LOL

I agree with a lot of what you’re saying. I’ve swapped a lot less lately because people want dollar-for-dollar RV on things that are overly inflated. I swap based on want/need/usefulness, more than RV. That said, I’m not over the moon about the spoiler. But it’s cute and useful so I’m fine with it.

First off, you aren’t supposed to be swapping things you actually pay for in the store so… there’s that. Second, most things from a lot of the majorly popular sub boxes have what you’d call inflated values (they sell for inflated prices because the brands can get away with it, popsugar didn’t decide what the prices are).

Your specific example is buying a $150 value item for $30 as a ff add on- don’t buy addons to swap? You say apples to apples, like FFF to FFF is fine but I guess not when you bought it as an addon. The foreo came in Allure which is a $15 box so one could argue it’s value is fairly low. What it sounds like to me is that you want to make sure everyone knows that your stuff has a very high value and there stuff does not. Good luck swapping like that.

Lastly, I’m not sure why you’re posting that rant on a spoiler page. People want to come and be excited about their upcoming boxes, be upset about the way subscription boxes and swaps work somewhere else.
