  1. Hey Liz,
    Any update from them on what home item they are sending and when? Like many others, I didn’t get a follow up email or apology either. I’m hoping they’ll keep their promise and ship a home item to everyone. This was my first experience with the company and I was quite let down, both by the wrongly advertised box and by their lack of communication or follow up.

    • I just received an email from them a day or so ago titled, “Aniversary Box Home item is coming your way”. It says it will ship 05/22/17 by USPS first class package, and they provided a tracking number to use once it is shipped. It doesn’t give any indication on what the item is.

  3. I didn’t get an email either… Hope I get the home item! And I just reopened the box and found the mints. I never would have known if I hadn’t read this. πŸ™‚

  4. I didn’t receive the follow up email either. I wasn’t too pleased with this box and I’m only keeping one item. I would’ve liked the lip color in a different shade, so maybe I can swap for that, but this box was definitely not what I was expecting. Very disappointed.

  5. Hmm, I didn’t get that follow up email either. I hope I’ll still be receiving the home item, since that’s the main reason I purchased this box!

  6. Looking forward to the home item, though. I found the rest not that exciting, although like others have said, this company is awesome! Anyhow, keeping my fingers crossed that the home item will be awesome!

  8. This was my first box from Luxe Pineapple Post. Other than the fact that I’ve got enough primers to last me an entire lifetime and the lip color is probably not going to work for me, I thought this box was just fine. I’m intrigued by the hair product.I haven’t actually tried something like this so it will be new for me. I like the headband which is a shocker and I’m dying to try the caffeinated breath mints. Who knew something like that even existed? lol
    Since ordering this box, I went ahead and signed up for a sub. I really like the customer service I’ve seen and I think for the price, this will be a nice little pick me up when it comes.

  9. *slow clap* well played Luxe Pineapple! I’m totally impressed that they are so on top of this, and it absolutely helps to restore my trust in them providing what they advertise. I was really bummed when I saw the spoilers because I had fully planned to get their next Home box but was definitely second guessing. This makes me feel much better.

  10. Got the email and these are the type of people I love to buy my boxes from..I was a victim of the Little Lace Boxgate scandal and it’s nice to see a company just do the right thing for their customers:)

  11. I JUST opened my box. There’s a sample of caffeinated breath mints inside. I’ve NEVER heard of this and am ridiculously excited to try them. I actually really like the headband, which I didn’t anticipate. It’s adjustable and non-slip, and I’ll use it while washing my face or doing face masks. The Sound Sea Spray looks interesting too–it’s not just salt water.

    As far as the gloss, I personally wish I could put a blanket ban on all my subs for NO more red lip products. Oh, and the actual box is soooooo pretty!

  13. Wow that was fast. They really seem to be on top of things when its about PR. And shipping something more is just A+ CS. I just wished mine hadnt shipped yet. (Its supposed to be arriving tomorrow)

  14. This box was definitely disappointing, but I have to agree. Kudos for taking the expense of sending out an additional item. I’m much more likely to be interested in subbing at some point knowing how they treat their customers.

  17. That’s amazing that they’re doing that. I don’t love the box, but I believe they meant well and feel kinda bad for the company for missing the mark. Kudos to them for listening.
