  1. I’m also very concerned. I purchased a 6 month pre-paid subscription. I received two boxes, May and June. Didn’t get July or August. After not receiving August’s I decided to check their website and I noticed it was down. I also wrote them an email. I haven’t received anything back. I’m so worried my CC wont give me back my money. I hate when companies do this….it’s such a scam. They should at least send out a message and refund their customers. This is terrible.

    • I started trying to contact Luxe Pineapple in late July/early August without responses to my emails, which was off because they had great C.S. Once I noticed the website and Facebook went MIA, I contacted my credit card. I really called to warn of this, but they refunded my precharged 6 month sub. I was told I would be recharged if they started up again. No problem, I’ll gladly pay for what I receive. What they did to us is so scummy, they knew they were in trouble and screwed us for some extra capital to use to close out. Shame on you Luxe Pineapple.

    • No responses to my email. I’m going to do a post today to give everyone a heads up. Sorry I don’t have better news. 🙁

  4. Has anyone had any contact with Luxe Pineapple? I paid for a 6 month non-renewing sub in mid June and received an email that it was going to ship and now the website is gone and I can’t seem to get any response from them. I am not sure what to do because I have always had very courteous and prompt service from Luxe Pineapple in the past. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    • Dispute with your credit card. They seem to have disappeared and not replying to emails

    • Deborah, I’m in the same boat. I think at this point, the only thing to do is disputed the charges. If you show the bank their emails and your attempts to get answers without resolve, they will reverse the charges. I keep holding out hope that I will get a email from them or, fingers crossed, I get a tracking #. If nothing else, they should at least send out a statement.

    • I payed with my Paypal debit card so I disputed it after trying to contact the company thru Paypal. Luxe Pineapple didn’t respond so Paypal refunded me!

  5. Their website has been down for days.

  6. I emailed them 3 times no response. Not looking good.

    • Does anyone know if we were charged? I paid with a credit card I cancelled since so can’t dispute it

    • This just makes me dispise sub boxes..if they’re not going to fulfill the orders, they should at least have the decency to notify that it’s late or they’re ending the Home subscriptions. I purchased this on June 5, with a confirmation # and my bank was charged, with the understanding that it was going out “early” on July 13th I’m so disappointed in them…..again!!!

  7. Has anyone gotten shipping notice for the July Farmer’s Market? I contacted them a few days ago but haven’t heard back yet, which is making me a bit nervous.

    • I haven’t heard anything either. I know it was supposed to ship out by July 13th and I’ve emailed them twice now with no response. Liz is usually very good about responding, but nothing. I have a bad feeling about the future of the box 🙂
