You'll receive 4 different types of candy each month. 3 will arrive in cups and the fourth will be loose candy in the box.

They no longer offer the option of selecting sweets, sours, or sweets + sours - instead, you'll take a short quiz to decide what types of candies you'd like to receive each month.

Instead of one card that detailed each item in the box, they now send individual cards for each treat.

Dorval Sour Power Tutti Fruitti Belts

This is my first month receiving Candy Club, but I've read such great things about this candy in previous reviews! And this candy belt lives up to all the hype. This yellow belt has a tropical fruit flavor and there is a perfect balance of sweet and sour, the latter I typically avoid. They're not overly tart at all, so I am finding myself unable to stop eating this Candy Club exclusive!

Zachary Bridge Mix

Candy Club refers to these chocolate balls as a "grab bag of goodies" and I could not agree more. I assumed they were going to be chocolate covered nuts or raisins. But no. They are chocolate covered everything! Each bite seems to be something different - a mix of nuts, raisins, fruit creme, and caramel. This is hands down my favorite of this month's box - I absolutely love the flavor variety and surprise element to this candy.

Albanese Peanut Lovers Mix

This next snack has a great trail mix quality about it. It's a combination of M&M-like chocolate, peanut butter morsels, butter toffee, and peanuts. The butter toffee is extra crunchy and the overall flavor of this treat is straightforward but good. I will be enjoying this in small increments because there's a whole lot of fat and saturated fat in each serving!

Sweet's State Fair Mix Salt Water Taffy (buy a 3 lb. bag for $12.16 on Amazon)

Oh wow, this taffy is excellent! Candy Club sent a mix of flavors: buttered popcorn, red licorice, bubblegum, and cotton candy, which is my favorite. The chewiness and longevity of this taffy are perfect and you can taste the quality of the product.

Verdict: This was a great introduction to my first box from Candy Club! There was a solid mix of sweet and sour candies and I seriously loved each of the varieties sent. For $33.99 ($27.99 + $6 shipping), I received four different candies. Candy Club sends approximately 3lbs. of candy, which would make each variety about $11. The candy tastes high-quality, so that is an acceptable value compared to what you would pay at a high-end bulk candy shop. I am an instant fan of this subscription!

You got a nice mixture of the state fair mix, I didn’t know there was a pink one, I got 4 red, 3 yellow and a ton of blue.
