POPSUGAR Must Have Mystery Boxes on Sale at RueLaLa!

Hi there,
Anyone else still waiting on a box? I ordered an Organized Home box on April 20th. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times and gotten vague responses like “we think your box has shipped” but no tracking info. Should I be worried? All these boxes going out of business has me worried; I’m about to ask for a refund from my credit card company.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks!!

I couldn’t swap any of my red camera bags, and I just realized that if you cut off the strap, these are fantastic travel organizers. They are see-through, and they are also big enough to hold larger bottles (as opposed to travel sizes).

Popsugar website says “Rue La La Must Have box will ship within seven to ten business days after voucher redemption”.
7-10 days…not!

I just emailed them asking to cancel my box and refund my money. They promised to ship on Friday and I still have not received any tracking information. I ordered the home box, so I’m pretty bumbed… I really wanted the runner, ring dish, and catchall.

Same issue here. I’ve emailed them multiple times, they have promised shipping would be that day, they promised to send an extra item, they have not even created a label for my box. They have refused to give me a refund saying the box was shipping out the same day and that was last week.

I just ordered a picture perfect days box. I really wanted another watermelon box, and I swapped my little red bag before, so I couldn’t justify ordering another of the same box until I realized I can use the purse when we go out on the boat. We live on a lake, and I jut realized this. Duh.

I really want another watermelon box, but can’t seem to swap for it. Maybe I should just order another box.

Liz- Do you have any contacts at Popsugar. Every time I contact they assure it will be on its way and that they hope I enjoy the box. These were supposed to be shipped by April 14th and still have not. I think it is ridiculous that they are now selling here and still have not shipped ours 🙁 Thanks as always for your awesome site and help 🙂

Why am I so weak. They got me again, but I am going to pick just one box 🙂

I paid $42 for the March box on popsugar and another $14 to swap it and then to see it sell for $25 on rue la la is a slight kick in the metaphorical balls. =/

My Organized Home box arrived today. I like it more than I thought I would when the spoilers were posted. Cute coffee cup. The catch-all tray and dish are pretty and well packed. The other items are useful enough and different than if I picked them out on my own. No regrets!

Why don’t the focus on shipping out the first batch to those of us who ordered before they start selling more?!

Honestly I wish they would put the April box on sale. I would love a second one of those but not at regular price.

I bought the organized home and it said on the Popsugar site they’d be shipped by the 14th. Lesson learned.

The camera bag is so cute! I wish it was one of the other colors it comes in though. Wonder if there will be any variation.

I ordered the vacation box. I had already ordered the home mystery box. I wanted more of the napkins for my bar. If this is the same as the spring break mystery box, the only things that will be repeats for me are the bauble bar pendant and the palette and I can give those away. I think the swan is cute. I will probably give that as a kind of gag gift to a relative that has a pool.

I think popsugar can sell anything if they keep re-releasing it in different boxes and enough of us subscription box addicts keep seeing posts about it. I think I will just keep caving.

I wish they would mail the boxes they sold already before they put them on sale again. I purchase the home box last time they put them on sale but it hasn’t shipped yet, that was 2 weeks ago.

So tempted. Is “Vacation in a Box” box would be the same as Spring break box with swan I wonder? Looks like they did not sell spring break box and home organize and now selling through RueLaLa.
