Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes. This is a review of the "8 Snack Variety Box" which is a true mystery box of snacks!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

For the second month in a row, I've gone with the 8 snack variety pack.
You'll get an information card that has the nutritional information for each snack in your box.
Pizza Margherita
Let's start with a savory snack. This snack features basil crunchinis, cashews, and mini tomato breadsticks.
This mix is TASTY. You have to get all 3 pieces together in a bite for maximum deliciousness!
White Chocolate with Wild Blueberry Toasts
I received a dipper this month - little blueberry toasts and white chocolate.
The little toasts aren't my favorite - but when you get a lot of blueberry in the toast, it's much better. The little crunchy toasts do make for a great dipping item. Overall, it's really tasty, but I felt like the toasts were a bit too crispy for it to be a favorite.
Lemon Drizzle Flapjack
My ultimate favorite from Graze - FLAPJACKS. This iteration has a lemon taste with yogurt drizzle.
These oat bars are nice and sweet with a lemon zest.
Triple Berry Smoothie
My favorite snack this month was a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, and bananas!
This mixture is the right amount of sweet for me - the banana really cuts some sweetness and tartness from the other berries. The mini strawberries are amazing, too!
Deconstructed Carrot Cake
Some of my favorite Graze snacks come from their deconstructed line. They'll take a popular sweet treat and build the taste out of healthier options.
This is constructed with carrot chews, cinnamon raisins, ginger fudge, and walnuts. They definitely crushed it with this mix - it tastes just like carrot cake.
Pro Power
The next savory option is a mix of spiced chickpeas, edamame beans, and black pepper cashews.
the spicy chickpeas and black pepper cashews really provide a spicy/zesty punch. If you love the taste of edamame - this would be a good option for you.
Booster Seeds
Booster Seeds are made of sunflower, pumpkins, and flaxseeds.
I'm not really a seed fan - so this snack is a miss for me, but it's a great, quick, source of protein.
Popcorn
The last item is a bag of mini popcorn with black pepper.
This popcorn is a pretty common occurrence in a Graze box. Luckily, I love black pepper on my popcorn, so it's always a hit with me.
Verdict: The 8-snack Graze delivery is a nice way to start and learn what snack you like best from Graze. From there, you can start to choose custom and specialty boxes, or keep being surprised by the 8-snack variety pack. This month's selection was a nice mix of sweet and salty - so I was definitely happy with this month's snacks!
