I received the November bracelet in gold for a dollar. I absolutely love it! I like the bracelet for this month and I also purchased a couple of pieces from their site.

I received mine today. It’s gold and it’s trés jolie! Definitely a win. My only quibble is that it’s a bit stiff and springy and I found it difficult to don without assistance. Swapping the lobster clasp for a hook clasp should do the trick.

I wanted to like this, but maybe there’s a missing link at the end but the bracelet doesn’t sit flat. It tents out at a point that that next to the clasp it’s not a circle it turns into a straight line. So I have a pyramid tending out from my wrist. It looks very silly. I think it’s a manufacturing problem, perhaps there’s something missing or the end piece was placed too tightly on the braid, but it doesn’t hinge properly. It’s completely unwearable. I’m so disappointed. I’ve already had to reach out to customer service for broken necklaces and I’m sure they’re sick of hearing from me. I don’t want to cancel, I want the jewelry to work out, because some of the stuff in the past looks so nice…. but ahhhhhhhh. Now what?!

Mine broke also after wearing it for a couple of hours. They sent me a new one but I’m guessing it’ll break too.

The quality of the pieces was much higher in the past – as the box has become more popular, the quality has gone downhill. You can find some very nice pieces from past boxes on sale on their website. I thought that last month’s item was almost insulting, and nothing close to the price of the box. I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing it (if I could untangle it, that is).

Last month was a miss for me, but this month’s piece looks nice. It also looks comfortable.

I do love this bracelet thank goodness! I signed up last month for the $1 deal and that pearl necklace was very cheap looking imo. It was so tiny, was not happy with it at all. Not to mention it was a tangled mess when it arrived, it took me literally 30 minutes to untangle it.

Last month was my first month and I was so disappointed! The pearls were the size of tomato seeds, and I never could get them to lay flat. The pearls looked larger on the models. This bracelet looks better, so hopefully last month will be the only garbage box until my sub runs out! If things don’t improve, I will not be resubscribing.

I agree on every word.. last month is my least favorite box ever in 9 months.. I decided not to continue my sub after next month because of it.

I was so nervous about this box because I signed up for the 3 month with the March box being $1. Loved the March but two more months is $70 without knowing what the jewelery is so that’s risky for me…

But I like this bracelet! I think it’s worth the money and I’m glad I got it in gold😊

Meh. It would probably turn my wrist green.

If any of my jewelry ever does this, I just apply clear fingernail polish–matte or shiny depending–to the parts that touch my skin. Works like a charm!

Great tip!

ami

That bracelet is pretty but I got the March box and after about 5 hours of wearing my necklace it broke – so that was pretty disappointing.

Mine also broke – after spending 2 hours detangling it. I requested a replacement and finally got an email back from them this morning after sending 2 emails. They said they were out of the necklace and couldn’t send a replacement, so offered me a choice of the January 2016 necklace, the June 2016 necklace or the November 2015 bracelet. I’ve narrowed it down to the necklaces, but neither one is appealing to me. Any thoughts on which direction I should go?

VeronicaLM

Oh no! I was going to gift mine and now feel nervous because it would be horrible and embarrassing if it were to break!

Cara

I haven’t worn mine yet but just the fact that so many are breaking gives me no faith in the quality of the jewelry. I’m sure mine will break once I wear it a few times but I doubt they’ll be sympathetic to that a few months down the line. :/

Suzanne

Mine broke too. I emailed them and they said they’re going to send me a new one.

You should contact them about that ami. It sounds like a manufacturing issue. I’ve received quite a few pieces from Emma & Chloe and haven’t had a problem like that.
