Buckles is a BIG fan of these little bites - and they're the perfect size for him. They're 100% grain and gluten free and made with real duck - in the USA - it checks all of the boxes for us.

These are soft treats strips made with turkey and duck. These are 100% farmed and made in the USA, and while it's not marked, I believe these are gluten-free.

About 1/3 of a strip was a good size for Buckles - who loves these as well!

Lady Liberty Ball - Value $8

The first of two toys is design after the Statue of Liberty.

It's a spikey ball with a squeaker covered in plush. This is also made by the in-house brand Bark & Co.

The Bark Post - Value $10

The second toy is fashion after a newspaper. The little news stories are pretty funny too!

Barkbox-April-2017-0009

Barkbox-April-2017-0026

It has numerous squeakers all over to keep your dog busy.

Buffalo Chew - Value $3

Typically, you'll always get a chew or rawhide as the last item in the box. This month, we received a Buffalo Chew from Etta Says.

Verdict: Buckles loved this month's treats so much that it was all he could focus on from the box! Luckily, Penelope was ready to assist with destroying the toys! My values add up to $36 - that's the kind of value you should expect, it's always more than what you've paid, but never blows you away with value.

Howlooo Eric! Thanks so much for reviewing April’s BarkBox with Buckles – it sounds like the toys and treats were a big hit! This month is all about throwing it back to the good ol’ days, so the pack had a 90’s Throwbark theme and a special BarkBox Throwbark theme. The Poo York City box became one of our fan favorites and we realized you and Buckles never got one, so we wanted to make sure you received one of the best boxes ever!

As a tribute to our company’s roots, the Poo York theme is a throwback to where we got our start: Poo York CIty. What better way to celebrate #ThrowbarkThursday with our most loyal pupstomers than with some nostalgia and our favorite collection of goodies? The Lady Liberty Ball is a big hit with all our pack, including my own pup, Thor! Looks like Buckle ruvs it too, high paw!

We apawlogize for any confusion with this but moving forward, the entire Bark pack will receive the same goodies. We just really wanted to give you the opportunity to experience Poo York and all it has to offer.

Be sure to give Buckles an extra duck treat for us, and thanks for reviewing BarkBox! 🙂

We received the lady liberty ball too and it’s my dog’s favorite toy right now! We don’t have any others with a quiet, high-pitched squeak like that. We also received a plush takeout container with three plush squeaky dumplings inside! I think it was left over from last month’s Bento & Blossoms, but I’m not complaining since it’s like 4 toys in one. As always, the treats were a hit.

Howloo Heather! Apawlogies for the confusion, but Andi’s Plush Dumplings was meant for our Poo York Box! 🙂 This is an ode to the busy life in New York City, as well as our first pawfice. It was directly in Chinatown, and we’re still around that area! We hope your pup ruvs it !

Amy

We received a 90’s themed box this month, with a roller skate toy and a retro phone toy.

I’m pretty sure we received a NYC box in the past though, because I remember that Statue of Liberty ball. One of our dogs was obsessed with that until he finally destroyed it.

I received a 90s themed box for this month. That’s weird that I received a different theme. I really like the box though. It came with a Nintendo controller stuffed toy and a Lisa frank themed unicorn head toy. 🙂

Isn’t this an old box? I think I received this box before as the “welcome box”

This was our April box – not sure if there were any variations – it also appears in the app for our account, so it wasn’t sent by mistake or anything.
