Great spoiler! I love getting healthy hair products. I too was disappointed last month regarding expired sunscreen. I reached out to CS and they sent me a lovely package that included the sunscreen (expiring next year), and several other items. Loving BeautyFix!

Its bigger. I have a one of those plastic mailbox jobs and its bigger inside than a normal metal mailbox. It fits it there though 🙂

It’s super deceptive that they wait until after billing subscribers to release spoilers, especially after boxes have started shipping for some.
I’ve been disappointed in the past 3 boxes and strongly considering cancelling if I’m not really happy this month.

It’s not deceptive, nobody is required to release spoilers. And this is the way Beautyfix has always operated, they haven’t changed anything.

I agree. I emailed customer service asking if I could know what was in the box to decide if I wanted to cancel or not. The response was they couldn’t release spoilers and suggested I cancel the sub and resubscribe after the spoilers are released if it was a box I liked. The last 2 months were disappointing when compared to other months.

How is that deceptive? They’re not required to provide spoilers at all. Subscribers get a discount over single box purchases, but they let people start and stop their subs over and over regularly.

When they release individual spoilers like this it makes me suspicious that the overall box will be lame. That being said, I am definitely happy about the first spoiler. Something I will happily use.

Paraben-free and supposed to be good for frizz? Looks like I’m not going to cancel after all. I hope they add a tool in again though, there wasnt one last month and I was kind of bummed.

I was wondering the same thing! I think it would weigh my hair down. I love their shampoo and conditioner they detangle like nothing else. I’m afraid this would just weigh my hair down even more.
