Now, onto the items!

Forever 21 Love and Beauty Exfoliating Gloves – Value $1.90

I thought it was a little weird to get an item from Forever 21 in the box, but exfoliating gloves are exfoliating gloves, so no real complaints! (Also I still shop at Forever 21!)

These are perfect to use with body wash to get more exfoliation!

Sweet Leilani “Hawaiian Jewels” Orchid Eye Shadow – Value $15

This lavender eye shadow is gluten-free, paraben-free, cruetly-free and vegan!

The pigment is impressive, too. This isn’t a shade I would normally buy, but after seeing how beautifully it swatches, I’m going to have to try out some different eye looks with it!

Here it is swatched:

Studio Aroma Eye Serum – Value $14

This serum is designed to help with firming skin around the eyes. It’s a lightweight oil and it absorbed almost instantly. One word of warning – a little goes a long way! I really only needed a small amount of the dropper filled for both eyes.

Studio Aroma Oatmeal Rose Cleanser – Value $20

Another Studio Aroma item! This cleanser is in a powder form, that you mix with water to form a paste. (I especially love these types of cleanser for easy traveling!) The scent of the cleanser is really subtle, and it works well as gentle exfoliant, too.

Pretty Woman NailMedic Nail Revolution Strength – Value $8

This set includes a base nail treatment for strengthening nails, a “high five” top coat, and argan cuticle oil. I like this set – and the 3 little bottles are cute, too!

Verdict: This box has a value of about $59. I think that’s good for the $34 price, especially considering that these are full-size products. This box had a good mix of beauty product categories, too.

  1. That cleanser looks so nice. Is it for the face or for the entire body? Love the nail kit too. And lavender is my fave. It’s pretty on everyone.

  2. Pearlesque… Art of Organics… Terra Bella…S&G… Kloverbox… Stop reviewing all these amazing natural beauty boxes! My wallet can not handle it.

    • Ha ha… you’re also forgetting Beauty Heroes, Benevolent Beauty, Satva, Boxwalla, Petit Vour, Vegan Cuts, Yuzen and Indigo Beaux. These are some more natural beauty boxes that MSA has reviewed in just the past few months, and there are so many more other good ones out there that they don’t review! 😀

I’m a new subscriber to S&G, and the February box was my 1st box. I really wasn’t impressed with it for the price paid, so much so that I was ready to cancel immediately, and I’m super easy to please when it comes to sub boxes! I thought the past boxes were only okay, but I still wanted to try them out, so I’ll be sticking with them for a few more months.

      • There are other good ones not reviewed here? How do you find out about them? (Or maybe I shouldn’t know…..)

      • Yes! Although I haven’t checked, I believe MSA does list some more natural beauty boxes on their sub box listings, which aren’t reviewed. I’m guessing their reviewers just don’t seb to those boxes. I find out about other boxes through other sub box blogs (although I still consider MSA the “Google” of sub boxes) and by watching too much YouTube. Ha! 😀

This is the perfect place to admit this, but I am a huge beauty box addict (the only type of sub I enjoy) and I’m currently subbed to every box listed above and some of the others not listed. But, I will be cancelling everything in the summer for various reasons… one of which will be just to take a temporary break to keep it interesting & exciting for me. The natural beauty boxes really opened my eyes to a ton of really good & high quality brands that are out there beyond the doors of stores like Target, Sephora, Nordstrom & Barneys.

      • Goodbeing and Glowing Beets are my favorite but I hardly ever see a review for them on here.

      • Yes! Those were a couple of the other good ones, that MSA doesn’t review, that I was thinking about. 🙂 I’ve been subscribed to Goodbeing for a year and love it, and I recently re-subscribed to Glowing Beets. My first box is on its way right now. Yay!
