Nerd Block Jr. has just recently started including information cards that list out the contents, and I am so pleased! Sometimes with the geek boxes, it’s hard to tell what something is!

Nerd Block also included a promotional card for their new shop.

Exclusive Shirtpunch! T-Shirt: Marve Kawaii – Value $15?

I think this is my favorite nerd tee my kids have ever received! I kind of want one myself. It’s the regular Marvel logo full of heroes and villains, but if you look closely, it’s the kawaii version of the Marvel characters. We all love this one!

R2D2 Backpack Clip – Value $3?

Yep, this went straight on my ten-year-old’s backpack. Anything Star Wars is a guaranteed hit in my house! Plus this one has a little zipper on the back so you can store some change. I could not find this exact one on sale online, so the value is just an estimate.

Glow in the Dark Spit Balls – Value $7

My eight-year-old is happy to have these, but they are basically just water beads that glow in the dark. There’s nothing that makes them particularly good spitballs. I think we are going to soak some and make a glowing base for a funky air plant.

National Geographic Kids Magazine – Value $4.99 (single issue)

This is the third month in a row NBJB has sent National Geographic KIDS, and I am so glad! I hope they make it a regular inclusion. It’s a great, interesting reading with lots of fun activities!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Micro Lite Blind Bag – Value $7.04

It’s Leonardo! My kids are not really that into TMNT, but they still think this is a cool little light.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Patch – Value $5?

So obviously, they are not that excited about this patch, but I know kids who are into TMNT will be excited to get it. Meanwhile, we will find a good home for this with one of the kids’ friends.

Teen Titans Go! Beast Boy Backpack Clip – Value $8?

On the other hand, the kids love Teen Titans Go! They both love this little guy! I guess they will have to take turns sporting him on their packs.

Monsters Velvet Coloring 6-Pack – Value $7.99

These are so cool! I wish they had come with markers, but I can’t wait to see what the kids do with these. The velvet background really takes coloring to the next level.

Ocean Wonders Growing Animals – Value $2.99

My sons are so weird. They love these silly things! They got a little snake once that said it would grow in the tub, and they left it in there for ages. It grew to be enormous, like maybe 15 feet. It just kept growing. Finally, it started to disintegrate and big chunks fell off. They are hoping for more of the same with these.

This toy was also included in the Nerd Block Jr. for Girls January box!

We also received this card with some spoilers for our January box!

Verdict: My sons love Nerd Block Jr. for Boys! This month was a mix of hits and misses, but now that NBJB is including more items, I guess that’s okay! The tee this month was outstanding! The value this month adds up to around $61, which is awesome for a $20 box!
